Uncooked chicken So this was the second time I had this happen. When I went to address it with the owner said you say that “every time” I’ve eaten here for years and year and when I showed him the food he said it’s done we cooked it for 10 minutes that’s “just” how seseame chicken looks. I said can you just refund our money he said no it’s nothing I can do. YOU just don’t come here anymore. I’m like oh that was the last time ANYWAY. I’m like who wants to eat raw pink chicken. That’s disgusting. He said I don’t care. I left the food and will be getting a dispute through my bank. Waste of $30. Check your food before you bite into it!! I didn’t know you could eat chicken rare!! Ew.

Always friendly kitchen staff whether your the first customer of the day or the last. They do have a couple tables for eating in, but it’s mostly run as a take out. Food is cooked to order, but quickly. The food quality is top notch. The food quantity is even better. Nice pricing. Not but a couple dollars more than your standard burger joint. I eat here regularly and the standards never waiver.(pictured below is the Moo Goo Gai Pan)

I normally order lo mein and this time they shorted me . It was barely any meat . Nothing but noodles and they usually give you enough . All I had was noodles I should have took it back . Please check your food before you leave

Best Chinese food in the area by far! My husband and I order takeout from here about once a week. His favorite is the combination fried rice. It’s full of meat and vegetables. My favorites are the shrimp and vegetables and the pepper steak. Food is always fresh and flavorful, and ready quickly. Highly recommended.

Roasted pork Lomein was ahhhhmazing! Fresh, flavorful, and affordable. I was full halfway thru the pint but couldn’t put it down. Egg roll was tasty too.

We placed a to go order of general tso’s chicken, steamed dumplings, crabmeat cheese wontons, and chicken lo mein. My fiancé went to pick it up and was charged $40 for items that according to their menu, come out to roughly $23. Even with the inflated prices grub hub charges, it still doesn’t add up to $40! I understand everyone is trying to keep their business afloat but this is ridiculous. The lady kept speaking over me on the phone and we live maybe 4 minutes from this place and our food was cold when he got back. We will not be back.

I don’t write reviews… I’m rating so poorly because I think this place’s reviews need to reflect the quality of food my family was served tonight–and I don’t think they do so at all currently. First of all I want to say, the service was fine. Friendly employees and the business looked clean. However, the only edible dish we received out of the five things we ordered was the vegetable lo mein and maybe the white rice. The chicken dishes (sesame, orange, and sweet & sour) tasted fishy and soggy, and the broccoli beef was flavorless. And to be honest, I have eaten some sketchy and questionable chinese food in my life, but my husband and I both agreed that this was probably the worst tasting chinese food we have ever eaten. The food here was simply inedible. It’s a bummer because we just moved really close to this restaurant and had high hopes after reading the reviews, but for sure, we will not be returning. If you are looking for a decent meal, try somewhere different.

Best Chinese food in the Jackson metro area. Kam Loon has been our go to Chinese restaurant for 10+ years. The vegetable lo mein and shrimp eggrolls are my favorite, but everything I’ve ever tried has been perfection. Highly recommend!!!

My wife loves Chinese food and has lived in the Jackson metro area longer than I have. Over the last 7 years, I’ve tried almost every Chinese restaurant in the area through her. But when I introduced her to Kam Loon, she hasn’t wanted to eat anywhere else!

I can tell it was a family-owned establishment that truly takes pride in its service and quality of food. The service was incredibly fast and the food has been immaculate! You won’t find better tasting Chinese food in the entire Jackson metro area.

Been eating here for 12-15 years and have never had any issues with the food, service or atmosphere. General Tso chicken is the bomb!
