This is an upscale American restaurant and bar that has several locations in Broward county and one in Wellington, FL.
We went to their Plantantion location and almost missed it because there is a tree that covers the restaurant’s name.
Plenty of onsite parking, very stylist modern atmosphere but made cozy with the touches of wood everywhere.
Food was really tasty and was delivered promptly by a friendly server.
Portion are nice sized so if you want, you could easily share a plate and order more appetizers.
We had their caramelizes pear and prosciutto flatbread with a drizzle of vinegar reduction that was really good!
We also tried the shrimp cargot that was amazing. Shrimp were a bit overcooked but super super delicious and full of flavor. The baguette with the havarti cheese and butter? YUM!!
We split a chicken Caesar salad that was good. And finished off with their bread pudding that had dried cranberries, Grand Marnier and vanilla custard.
You will not be disappointed with the different choices and the quality (and portions) of their dishes.

I came to Kaluz for lunch, and this was by far the best lunch I’ve had in a long time. Everything—from the atmosphere to the food to the staff—was truly luxury level.
The impacting service, it actually highlighted how incredibly well-run this place is. Management was clearly on the floor, hands-on and fully involved, and it showed in every detail.
Not one person was standing around. Staff members stepped in to help even when it wasn’t their table or their role. That level of teamwork and awareness is rare and impressive.
Our waiter, Brian, was absolutely amazing. His service was so elevated—professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and perfectly timed without ever feeling intrusive. He genuinely enhanced the entire experience.

Where do I begin this entire experience was stellar to the service, food and atmosphere everything was perfect. Our server Alessandro or Alex recommended the calamari and it was amazing super flavor and it was a very generous portion size. Then came the entrees I order the chefs special miso short rib and my girlfriend ordered the salmon. My goodness the entrees were amazing. The short rib was served with a creamy smashed potato and the short rib itself was super tender and packed with flavor. You could cut the short rib with a butter knife i was extremely pleased with this short rib. My girlfriend also was super pleased with her salmon. The entrees were served with a very generous portion size like the appetizers. The total overall experience was fantastic. I definitely will be visiting here again.

We took a co-worker out for lunch to celebrate his retirement. The restaurant is gorgeous and relaxing at the same time. The staff is attentive and on point. I ordered the brussel sprouts and the Thai Noodle & Shrimp. The Brussle Sprouts were really good they were tossed in a garlic parmesan aioli with bacon and scallions. It was extremely tasty my only issue they need to add a bit more bacon there is alot of sprouts and the few bacon pieces got lost. It’s a big portion for an appetizer that definitely can be shared. I also got the Thai Noodle & Shrimp salad. Its a cold salad with off the grill spicy Shrimp. There are so many flavors going on in this salad each bite has a different taste. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and seasoned nicely. The salad was just delicious. The mint made it refreshing and the addition of the avocado just brought everything together. Among the several different ingredients in this dish, it states on the menu the salad also included mango but the pieces were a bit sour and added nothing to the flavor. Other than that minor detail, I recommend give it a try.

Mann, the food was amazing! The coconut shrimp was a amazing. From every bite. I did not want to leave that moment I was so in awe. I was taking in every flavor in each bite. OMG just thinking of it now is making my mouth water. I had the yellow tail snapper with wild rice also was good. But I’ll be back for the coconut . Definitely! Delicious!

Went for a business dinner and was pleasantly surprised how nice everything was. Came without a reservation on a Wednesday and was able to get seated right away.

I have personally been to Kaluz a few times before, more-so at the Ft Lauderdale location and I’ve sworn by it. I was so happy to see they had a Plantation location now.
I took my friends here last night to celebrate a birthday and Joe was our server. Off the bat you can tell he’s extremely knowledgable and takes his job seriously. The way in which he presented himself exuded confidence but in a relaxed and friendly manner (of course while still maintaining his professionalism). He was very attentive throughout the night and made sure our whole table was taken care of.
He easily made our good experience, which I already often expect from Kaluz, to the best one.
Next time I come back if possible, I will absolutely request him.

I took my mom here for dinner last night and we had a FANTASTIC time! Daniel was our server and he was EXCELLENT. Daniel demonstrated premier customer service and ensured that we had a great time and made my mom feel special on her birthday. The food was FABULOUS AND TASTY.
