I can deal with wrong orders, a missing straw, a little slow service, but what I won’t tolerate is rudeness. I encountered a drive through employee staring at me very rudely as I told her I was struggling to turn the volume down on my holstered cell phone. I just got off work, I was listening to a podcast, and trying to relax before going to my mother in laws house and dealing with someone else. I thought a coffee would help me. First time there, and you ruined my experience from the get go with your attitude! What a weird way to respond to someone! What helped was when another employee handed me my breakfast wrap, and cheerfully smiled and told me “thank you and have a good day”. It definitely helped. Also I shared my wrap with my mother in law, and we both were full from the one wrap. It was delicious! Thank you!

Our friend who lives in Redding took us to this place today and spoke very highly of it. I can’t tell you enough how friendly the staff are and how fast they are at making food/drinks. The menu has a large variety from cold wraps to hot breakfast wraps, coffee, or energy drinks. This place has it all. I love the quiet atmosphere and the relaxed feeling. It gives a small shop vibe that is great! They have books to read as well as board games to play as you are waiting to get your food or even while you eat. I was very impressed when I got my food, it was not only appealing to the eye but the taste was amazing! If you are traveling through Redding, CA or live local, I highly recommend this place!

Always try something different food wise, this time it was the Cordon Bleu griller and my boyfriend got the breakfast Ham Griller. They are 9.99 but definitely worth it.
Lastly the customer service is always on point – they are always so cheerful and so very nice. Makes the expeirence that much better.

Ordered the Chicken bacon ranch wrap. First they gave me the wrong order. The tortilla was hard and barely had any ranch. I had to open the wrap to see if they had put ranch on it. The tea was good for a plain black tea. Just not worth the $20 I paid.

First of all the staff was super friendly and nice. Laughing and talking amongst themselves while never missing a beat with the customers.
The atmosphere is great. Super relaxed and cozy inside and out. Not a ton of seating but today it was perfect. I grabbed a spot outside to watch it start to rain and eat my awesome chipotle griller (sans onions).
It was great. Potatoes, eggs, cilantro, cheese and chorizo (and more but I don’t recall the rest) wrapped up and grilled. This was served with a spicy and sweet jelly that perfectly went with the rest. So yum!
You need to give this place a shot. It is great!

My favorite coffee shop to stop at when I roll into Redding. Their coffee is a darker roast which is my favorite. Other coffee often hurts my stomach from the higher acid content since most places favor light roasts and the caffeine makes me too buzzy. Kaleidoscope’s is just right. Plus they serve all of their iced drinks with crushed ice. It’s a small thing but it enhances the experience and makes their cold treats extra special. They also have a great selection of health conscious food options. Definitely the coolest coffee shop I’ve found in Redding.

This little shop is an often overlooked gem even though they have been here many years. Local authentic crafted food and drinks do not disappoint. And they have a drive through! Menu prices are not accurate however. Grillers are listed on Google at over 15 dollars. Actual prices are 11.99 as of May 2022.

Just simple love the menu they offer. I’m a Frappé girl, Carmel Mach, cinnamon sprinkles mmm mmm mmm. I greatly appreciate that they will take my cup & fill it too. I have the Denver griller w/o meat. Perfectly cooked, every time! The jelly you get to dip it in is its own special category. Try it! The folks that work there are all very welcoming & super friendly. So be nice to them too please
