The food from Kaki Japanese Cuisine blew our minds for something that was cooked by two people in a food truck, and the price was fair for what we got.
My wife and I had the hibachi steak, both medium rare. It was cooked and seasoned to perfection: simple, buttery and tender. I ordered the shrimp tempura roll which was great, though it had a bit too much eel sauce for my taste. We also tried the boba smoothies. They are a bit expensive, but we both loved it.
Customer service was wonderful, and our food was out quickly.
