I recently visited Kahlo Exotic Grill under its new management, and the experience was outstanding. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their attentive and friendly service. You can truly see the positive changes and the commitment to excellence.
The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish reflected high-quality ingredients and great attention to detail. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and you can tell the kitchen takes pride in every plate that leaves the counter.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect place for both family dinners and special occasions. Kahlo Exotic Grill has definitely raised the bar, and I highly recommend giving it a visit. We will definitely be coming back!

I used to visit this spot occasionally, but since the new ownership took over, the food quality has taken a massive step up. Every dish we ordered was delicious, with vibrant flavors and beautiful presentation. The Mole Oaxaqueño was a standout; rich, deeply flavorful, and with the perfect amount of heat. It tastes just like a traditional family recipe. Our server, Ivelisse, was incredibly welcoming and truly made us feel like family. A 10/10 dining experience!

I’ve been here twice now and both times were amazing. The food is truly authentic and delicious — the kind of place you can hang out and really enjoy yourself. The staff is great and makes the whole experience even better. My favorite dish is the Tlayuda — absolutely delicious. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to.

Stopped into Kahlo today for lunch today and study a bit before my 1st big biology exam. They’re where Howie’s used to be. Their free plate is lightly toasted baguette slices with a raspberry compote. Delicious! Ordered an old fashioned, which the bartender made from scratch. Really good! I wouldn’t normally do this, especially since i just left the gym. But my biology professor recommended having a drink before studying. Something about altered state assist in the retention. It’s an experiment! Ordered the carne asada and definitely was not disappointed!! Highly recommend!!

I had a fantastic experience at Kahlo. I ordered a sirloin burger and honestly, I barely waited at all to get it, which is always appreciated when you’re craving something delicious.
The burger was great, but what made the experience even more special was the atmosphere. It’s super comfortable and relaxing, and to top it off, they were playing José José’s music in the background. That little detail gives the place a unique and cozy vibe.
Also, the waitress who helped us was incredibly attentive the whole time. Without a doubt, it’s the perfect plan to enjoy good food with great company and even better music. I’ll definitely be back!

I was greeted with a warm smile by the host and the server. They both went above and beyond to make sure all of the food was up to our standards and we had all we needed. The menu options were very unique, as a lot of them are not served in other restaurants around the valley. The atmosphere definitely added to the experience, everything was aesthetically pleasing, from the food plating to the restaurants decorations. I 100% recommend to anyone that is looking to become regulars at a new restaurant or try something new!
