Restaurant no longer there. Oredered food from there on their website. It charged me. Went to pick it up, and the location was no longer there. Website is wrong. Charved for food for a restaurant that no lomger exists… deeply upset about this.

The dad bod burger sucks, Beef Patties tasted pretty bland like cafeteria burger, the bun was cold and fell apart after one bite, barely any blue cheese sauce and no “blue cheese crumbles”, not worth 13 bucks for cheap cafeteria grade burger. The brisket cheese fries were a let down as well fries were soggy and fell apart like they were not cooked enough from the beginning.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with the food industry and the food on the website is not an accurate representation. First of all, the lead man, who seems to act like the manager, is spending so much time talking and being overly friendly that he doesn’t read the items on the menu. I ordered two combo meals which comes with seasoned fries and drinks, and separate side with a drink. He only gave me one drink and I had to remind him I have combo meals that come with drinks. He seemed a bit clueless. I received my order and when I arrived home I noticed my combos did not come with the seasoned fries I ordered. Called the restaurant to ask what happened, the lead man insisted I received fries but this wasn’t the case and said he would have my fries ready when I returned within 15 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant and fries were not ready. When I received my fries after another 15 minutes, there was no seasoning. I questioned the seasoning and was told there with an attitude there was seasoning salt but they could add more. When I questioned if anyone ever reads the itemized receipts before handing out orders, I was told by a female employee yes but they were so busy (I was the only customer in the restaurant at this time) that they do make mistakes and was asked if I ever made mistakes? When I questioned their customer service techniques I was rudely asked by another employee if I receive my food? If I did then bye…leave! When I reported that I will be posting a review, I was told by the same employee he didn’t care because they get bad reviews all the time. I dont know who the manager is or the owner of this establishment but I would highly advise for change. I will not be visiting this establishment again and would advise others to do the same.

Their service is horrible, food is nothing like the photos, order cheese fries and I received 10 fries with a slice of American cheese on them. Order a double cheeseburger combo with bacon strips, received a single cheeseburger with no bacon strips, and missing fries, the food was cold and greasy. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! We will never eat anything from them again.
