Made a run to Tulsa this afternoon and stopped by Kagumi to see what the hubbub is about.
Went with the steak option and a Kagumi roll on the side.
Plenty of food in the order, without overloading on rice, which I would not have minded, becuase the rice was delicious.
Steak bites were tender and full of flavor, the veggies were well cooked yet still crisp. This dish was well executed on all points.
The Kagumi roll was huge and well done. Lots of flavor.
I like that the menu is simple and easy to navigate with not a ton of options to confuse you. The lady taking my order was extremely pleasant and friendly.
One of the better food truck meals I’ve had in a while.

Everything is very yummy and fresh, we ordered the oiler roll, captain America, and the shrimp and chicken hibachi plate and loved all of it!

I saw this food truck open up recently, and I was intrigued because I had never seen a hibachi food truck before.

Don’t let the uniqueness steer you away from this place – I’ve got to say that it’s one of the best hibachi places in Tulsa. I tried the chicken and steak hibachi, and both were fantastic. The service was friendly and quick, as well.

I’ll 100% go back again, especially on lunch breaks!

Go here! Their food is so delicious! I get the steak and scallops Hibachi meal. I never leave reviews but these guys deserve it! Also, they’re fast which is helpful when you’re on a lunch break.
I like supporting locals instead of going to a chain restaurant for lunch. Bravo Kagumi!

Let me start by saying their customer service was amazing and welcome us with a smile. We were driving and my husband noticed something habachi and sushi truck , which led us to look it up and found his favorite sushi roll , Captain America, which he was only found in Sedalia, MO. The steak was tender and shrimp had so much flavor and the sushi roll was sooo delicious! Recommend 100%

I ordered the Ironman sushi roll (deep-fried) and the steak hibachi. The sushi roll was tasty, but it included a crab stick instead of the crab mix listed on the menu. Unfortunately, the steak was overcooked, with most pieces well done instead of the medium I requested. The steak and rice lacked seasoning. On a positive note, the person who took my order was polite and even provided a to-go menu. The location has no designated parking spaces, as it’s in a vacant lot area. Overall, I would return for the sushi but not the hibachi. The portions are generous. The meal cost $23.00, and for that price, I was a bit disappointed that the hibachi didn’t meet my expectations.

At first I was little upset because there was no sauce on the side, but damn this hibachi didn’t even need it. I think maybe they drizzled the sauce on or cooked it in it? Either way, it’s amazing. Generous potions. The shrimp was realllly good.

The good thing about this spot is your food comes out hot. But if you like your food tasting like oil then this is your place to go. We order wanton, tasted like it was sitting in the oil and did t taste fresh. The chicken egg rolls tasted so oily we couldn’t finish them. The food was oily as well, but it came steaming hot. I’m not sure how this place got a good rating but I guess they have a lot of customers that like their food oily.
