This place is a must go every time we’re in Puerto Peñasco. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. The waiters are genuinely kind, attentive, and professional. We always manage to get a parking spot, but it’s clearly popular for all the obvious reasons, so it can get busy. There’s a gentleman who helps drivers around the parking which is nice.

The combination of German and Mexican cuisine is pure magic. Our absolute favorites are the Peñasco chilaquiles and the Chunky Monkey pancakes. The coffee and café lattes are delicious, their bread is outstanding. Do yourself a favor and ask for the cinnamon rolls. They are to die for! Let’s make those a regular menu item already!

Very good breakfast stop in Puerto Penasco. Parking is tough and limited. We have ordered several different itsm from the menu over the years and it has all been great.

The guy across the street will charge you to park in his lot and claim to not have ANY cash for change, so be ready for that.

A must try restaurant for breakfast in Rocky Point. The food here is an amazing blend of Mexican and German classics in part due to the owners history. It can get busy, but the food is worth the wait. You can’t go wrong with the Papas con chorizo or the chocolate chip pancakes. Their chai latte is as big as your head and can be made with lactose free milk if you wish. The staff is amazing and will make sure you have what you need. Some speak English if you do not speak Spanish. They also have English menus for Americans. 8.5/10

Wonderful coffee house/restaurant. Staff were exceptional and very friendly putting up with our extremely poor Spanish. We appreciated their efforts to make our meal enjoyable and we came back again for another great breakfast. Food was delicious and well made, they were so busy but we never felt rushed. Give these staff members a huge tip they deserve it! Definitely a must visit/dine! Beautifully designed interior as well. Traffic can be busy, but they have a parking attendant to help and work on tips only. Be sure they are worth the tip you give as the road outside is busy.

The food here was amazing. Because of its popularity, and small size, if you have a party of more than 2, there’s a little bit of a wait, but that’s only on weekends. Weekdays are easy breezy. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal and service.
