We’ve been coming to Kabuki for many years. Their HH used to be better. They changed their portion since the last time we’ve been here, It looks like you’re getting half the food for half the price which really isn’t much of a deal. Kabuki used to served a full roll during happy hour now we got 4-5 small pieces for a single order. The squid ring was half the portion it used to be. A bit disappointing.

If you’re craving delicious and affordable sushi, this is the place! It was open late for a Monday, I think I arrived around 9pm. I ordered the Tanzana, Eel, and Lobster Maki Roll; so much food for great price! The bill came down to about $30-$35. The wait staff were efficient, never had to ask for a refill or anything.

We weren’t here for a few anniversary because one of our friends had told us about a happy hour sushi special. The sushi was really good. A bit busy but that’s usual and typical for being in Downtown West Palm Beach area around dinner time. The food was great but just a tad on the salty side. Wouldn’t hinder me to go again though. Also it’s a bit on on the noisy side for table seating if you’re looking for more of a secluded romantic type dinner I would pick another place but overall really good. The plating was really nice as well!

Had a terrible experience at the new PubBelly across the street last night. It made me realize I needed to leave some love for the Best Sushi spot on Clematis. I have been coming here for 2 years. Never a bad experience. Food is always good. Happy hour is amazing. Get the Lava Drops! Staff are always friendly. I apologize for straying .

The food at this Thai restaurant was excellent especially the sushi, which was fresh and flavorful. We really enjoyed the meal overall. However, the service was a bit mediocre and didn’t quite match the quality of the food. Also, it was noticeably warm inside, which made the dining experience a little uncomfortable, particularly. Turning up the AC would definitely help. Still, if you’re looking for great Thai food, this spot delivers on flavor.

Kabuki is one of my list of places to go during my lunch break. You get great value for your money, especially with their excellent lunch specials. One of my favorites is the drunken noodles and the spicy salmon roll, but this time I opted for the salad. The total cost was $16. The service is quick, the atmosphere is nice, and the food is always hot and fresh. Check it out when your down on Clematis Street.

Loved the food. The service was quick and everything was delicious. We took the kiwi delight and merry go round as drinks – both of which were very yum. The Tom Yum soup soothed us, the dumplings were a great appetizer, the veg sushi roll was just perfect and the basil stir fry was good. But the best item of the day was the pineapple curry – it was absolutely delectable. Would visit again if we are ever in the area :).

Kabuki is a great Asian restaurant. My family and I frequent the West Palm Beach location almost every weekend. We always try different dishes and have never been disappointed. The Sushi selection is quite extensive and everything I have tried has been excellent. It serves excellent food with amazing service in an unpretentious setting. My family and I highly recommend it.

Extremely disappointed with the takeout service. I placed a to-go order by phone on Wednesday, February 11th around 6:00 p.m. and arrived to pick it up around 6:25 p.m. When I got there, I realized my order was incorrect. I had ordered a hand roll but was given a regular maki roll instead.
I informed the male host and was told it would take another 15 minutes to remake it. I declined and simply asked for a refund for the incorrect item. The host said he would need to take the roll back, which I agreed to.
He then spoke with Ana, who told me I could keep the roll and that she would issue store credit instead. I explained that I did not want store credit and preferred a refund to my original method of payment. Ana responded that she did not want to process another transaction in the system to issue the refund, which is why she was offering store credit. I again stated that I wanted the refund returned to my original form of payment. She eventually agreed to refund my card.
However, after initially telling me I could keep the incorrect roll, she decided to take it back once I declined the store credit, which seemed spiteful. The food went back and forth between the kitchen and the host stand multiple times before I finally left. What should have been a simple refund took about 20 minutes.
The situation felt unnecessarily complicated and poorly handled. I found Ana’s attitude to be rude and unaccommodating. I did not appreciate Ana arguing with me about a refund, given that the order was incorrect. As a customer, I did not appreciate the way the situation was managed or how I was spoken to. Very disappointing.
