The rolls were really good the crab roll had a little kick to them. The rice in general very fluffy and tasted great. We had take out so not able to comment on the atmosphere or service. The delivery was good and everything came as ordered.

We had a great meal tonight at Kabuki Japanese Restaurant! We had good service, everything tasted great, and we were in and out in a completely reasonable amount of time. We ordered a variety of different rolls and meals as a group of 6 – we got a couple of ginger salads, seaweed salad, krab salad, miso soups, Cilantro Albacore Roll, Kabuki Roll, Tiger Roll, Sunkissed Roll, Grilled Shrimp Roll and BBQ beef short ribs.

Okay. I’m fed up. I’ve ordered sushi from here several times for delivery. The first couple of times were good, but then the quality declined. Today, my husband and I ordered for pickup, and it was supposed to take half an hour, but we ended up waiting for a whole hour. When we got home, we were faced with this scene. My sushi was burnt, there was only a half-filled ginger bowl and just one bowl of soy sauce. Not to mention that they didn’t even put our order in separate boxes! Never gonna order from this place again.

Service and food was amazing. Decided to stop by during lunch hour, we got seated promptly, our server was very friendly and quickly delivered our food. We ordered California sushi rolls which were pretty big (not complaining) the chicken fried rice was so tasty and flavorful! A must try.

What a DUMP! It must have been a diner in a previous life. I’ve been to several Kabuki restaurants (all nice) and this was the worst. Portion size of the sashimi plates were extremely small (see attached pic – that is 2 pieces of Ahi….)A pound of Ahi would go a long way. Waitress was great though…

This is the second time I have come to Kabuki with my family and the server takes the my order and forgets to input one of the orders. We have been waiting for over an hour for our meal and the server usually comes over about 45 mins after waiting with no apologies just blatantly blames the kitchen. This is the worst place to come to, customer service is mediocre. They do not care about providing good service. They rush your food and give you uncooked chicken. Manager is no where to be found all the time. I’ve tried the Burbank location and Oxnard and have gotten better service. Save your self the trouble and take a drive to one of the other kabuki’s restaurants.

The food was very good, but it was very dirty here. We were sitting and you could see the dust on the chairs and lamps and it just made me wonder when was the last time they cleaned them. Also we were paying the bill we accidentally pressed 0% tip and the waiter said no tip and we were like no we meant to put 20%. We did give 20 dollars tip at the end but we really didn’t appreciate how someone can ask like that because what if it was a 0% tip.

Food was amazing, the service was top notch! Give Diana a raise or management position, next time I come in her she better be the manager instead of the server, she made my kids enjoy their dinner and worked her A off with a smile on her face. The ambiance was melo and quite for the night.

We haven’t been to Kabuki in ages, and it was our first time at this location. Not sure if their menu has changed because of the pandemic, but they seemed to have removed some items (no mackerel sushi and no more sushi boats). They did have a new menu adding more choices to their considerably extensive offerings. Great deal with the Family Table, which can feed 4 adults (per our server) with chicken & beef teriyaki, bbq pork ribs, gyoza, tempura, California roll, and rice for only $35. Food is very flavorful, and their veggies and sushi are made with fresh ingredients. Enjoyed the daikon in their wonderful side salads, and the Albacore Crunch Roll was a good call, with savory ponzu sauce and crunchy garlic embellishing their freshly made albacore roll. Great place for large groups and families. Available indoor and outdoor seating. Very much recommended for reasonably priced, quality Japanese food. Staff is very friendly and helpful as well.
