I’ve gone to several of these sort of stationary food trucks previously and didn’t really feel like they were worth it. However, after a long work day I decided to give this one a chance. I’m glad I did.
After ordering it took about 20 minutes to get the order. The parking lot, which is also the waiting area can get a bit crowded.
They don’t have a huge menu and that works fine for me. The prices were more reasonable than expected and certainly better than a lot of these places.
I ended up getting the steak and chicken combo. Both were seasoned well and cooked perfectly! It came with fried rice and a Vegetable mix. I’m picky about fried rice, but this was really good. The veggie mix was broccoli, carrots, cabbage, and onions and was also really good. The portion sizes were good.
They didn’t understand much English, so interacted minimally, but were friendly enough.
Overall, I would recommend and I will return.

Great food. Got a yummy roll and it was freshly fried and rich. The fried rice with chicken was a HUGE portion and the chicken was freshly grilled + lots of chicken. Fried rice also comes with a spicy cream sauce which is different but good. Shumai were also tasty.
Tastes like a blend of Chinese and Japanese food with their American audience in mind. Super good and cheap with good portions. I’ll drive 20 min to go back!

I wasn’t sure about this food truck as it was parked at an old run down gas station, but I was in the area around lunchtime and decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised, service was friendly and food was good. If I’m ever in this area in the future, I won’t hesitate to stop here again.

THEY NEVER CHANGE THEIR GLOVES!! They answer phone, go outside, take money, and cook in the same gloves. The food was really good when they first opened, it’s just okay now. There is always juice coming out of containers, making a big mess and leaving the food dry.

Must say I was very happy with my order. I showed up early but they gave me a small pager to alert me when it was ready so I didn’t need to stand there and wait, went to my car and waited. Very friendly and food was a little pricey but oh so much and so good. I be ordering again. 2 people could split one order and be full.

Would like to start by saying that the staff of two that ran this were as diligent as can be. They were there working up to closing at 8:30PM with people still coming in. The size of the shrimp was massive for a food truck! That was my favorite part. The other parts were solid, but not exceptional. That said, keep up the good work!

I’ve been waiting to try this place forever It was very delicious, prices are great. Portions are very good. When you open the box up it is filled up all the way. If you’re needing some fast hibachi this is the place to go!!
