I adore places where the food is so good you don’t care about anything else! BEST INDIAN FOOD I HAVE TASTED! I had lamb curry at a spice level 10 out of 10 with garlic naan. Fabulous! This place makes me wish I lived here! I’m a little jealous of the young man who just moved here after graduating from Purdue … or the couple from Iowa who live 3 hours away and eat here every time they come. They don’t even eat rice or bread and yet this menu has them coming back and back and back. I’ve been interviewing people about their food choices. I just met a man who moved here from Ethiopia. He has lived in the area 25 years and after finding this place, he’s been eating here ever since. According to him, nothing else comes close!

Ordered butter chicken with a side of rice, for $17.67 he took a big bowl of rice out the fridge and put it in a smaller bowl and microwaved it infront of me, the butter chicken was also in the fridge but he warmed up in a pan on the stove, when i got home to eat the butter chicken did not taste fresh, in-fact it tasted days old. So as the rice. And the portions were meant for toddlers.

Was craving good Dosa for a bit. Found Kabob online and it was only walking distance from my location. Onion Masala Dosa was great as well as the chutneys served along. Highly recommend the food.

If you are visiting Minneapolis and looking for some halal Indian food, this is the place to visit. I had Kachuri chat for the first time and it was really good. The butter chicken had a unique taste to it and the naan was fresh from the oven.

Food was just okay. Not as flavorful as other Indian food I’ve had in the cities. We got the goat curry and butter chicken. Goat curry had a layer of grease on top. They curry itself was ok, mostly just tasted the pepper spice. The butter chicken was very sweet which was odd. The garlic naan was standard. Overall the food was ok but probably won’t return.

They have really good food! This place was right down the street from the hotel that I was staying in, so they’re definitely in a convenient location. I wish their sign was a bit larger bc it’s an Indian-style restaurant named Kabob, however when you drive up to the strip mall, there’s another restaurant right next door whose name is “Indian Restaurant”. So it’s easy to get confused, especially if you’re from out-of-town. It seems like the other restaurant purposefully did that to try to steal customers away from Kabob. Anyhow, they didn’t have what I usually would order from an Indian restaurant which is the Chicken Korma, so I ordered the Chicken Curry instead, and it was delicious! I went back a second night after attempting to go to the other ( ACTUAL Indian Restaurant). But since there was no one in there ready to take my order, I went back to Kabob’s and ordered Chicken Chili Curry, and that was good also. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for authentic Indian-style food!

recently tried the Chicken 65 and goat biryani at this Indian restaurant, and I have to say, it was fantastic. The chicken was perfectly cooked – crispy and the blend of spices was good just The service was also top-notch – the staff was friendly and attentive. The prices are also reasonable I feel like I got a good value for my money. Overall, I highly recommend trying the Chicken 65 at this restaurant – it’s definitely worth it!
