This place is great; a real diamond in the rough secluded away in a hidden plaza behind some businesses. Ordered the Combo Kabab to get a taste of a few different meats, and all of them were great. The hummus and salad were also good, but the garlic paste/sauce was amazing. I’d recommend grabbing extra garlic when you order, because you’ll definitely want it. Besides the great tasting food, the portions were decent, the service was friendly, and the restaurant was clean, which checks all of my boxes for a recommendation. I’d definitely give this place a try if you’re in the area and like Lebanese food, or if you’re looking to try a new type of cuisine.

I am always looking for healthy food choices as well as an alternative to “American” and came across Kabab-G. I was impressed. The recommendation was helpful, the food and presentation were A+, and as I ate, many more people came in. We need to support not only alternative food choices but other cultures’ cuisines lest we get to comfortable with the status quo. Order from here, you won’t be disappointed.

Great food, fresh and flavorful. The baklava was sweet and flaky, the kabob was well seasoned and not too salty. The only complaint was that the pita bread was a little dry. The falafel was crispy and firm, perfectly cooked. Overall an excellent choice for lunch.

The food and staff are equally amazing here. You get the sense that they remember the people who walk through their door and treat so many like family. I have been coming here every time I venture out to Peoria since having discovered this place around 2016. I’m blown away by everything I’ve tried. They absolutely know their way around their meats and everything served with them. Their lentil soup is creamy and great for colder months as well. The falafel is flavorful and never dry. My wife and I love getting their pistachio Baklava, it’s the best I’ve ever had (flaky, nutty, just the right amount of sweet). I grab some to go often and bring it back to her if she’s not with me, and she always responds as though it’s a gift to receive it. They even make their own hot sauce which has a rich kick and pleasant heat that builds. I can’t say enough about this place and how much I love coming here. Even the music choices are often calming and suit the vibe of the dining area.

I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant food. We ordered Falafel and Beef Schwarmah. The beef had some flavour but not like what I have had before. We could not eat the Falafel because it was super bitter. I have never tasted Falafel that is bitter. It was as if too much baking soda was added or something. Pretty much $40 of food wasted. The portions of pita were very small, like 4 quarter cut from a small pita.
We won’t be going back any time soon and I find it hard to believe the positive reviews. Be your own judge.

Husband and I absolutely LOVED our experience here. The food was amazing and loved all the flavor we’ve experienced. The service was outstanding on every level. The family warmed my heart with happiness ❤️. We absolutely loved the Baklava too! What a beautiful experience this was. We’re surely to return! Thank you KABAB G !!!!

Good food, reasonable prices, generous potions, friendly & respectful staff. My daughter rarely eats meat …she loves their lamb chops and lamb kabobs, she also likes their salad! I liked their lentil soup and salad. I also appreciate that this is a family-owned restaurants, always feels good to dine at family owned local restaurants!
