Kabab and Naan is an absolute gem in Moosic! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly young woman with a warm smile, asking if we were dining in or getting takeout. The restaurant’s clean and charming decor, reminiscent of a 50’s diner, set a welcoming tone.

As we browsed the menu, it was encouraging to see several Uber Eats and DoorDash drivers picking up orders—a sure sign of a popular spot! Our server was incredibly helpful, guiding us through the menu based on our tastes. I opted for the Chicken Biryani, while my nephew eagerly chose the Chicken Naram Garam, as recommended by our lovely server. He requested his dish spicy, which he loved, while I played it safe with a mild/medium spice level, and they graciously accommodated my request.

We started with Chicken Pakora as an appetizer, and it was delicious! Every dish we ordered was made to order, showcasing freshness in every bite. We even had the pleasure of speaking with the chef, who was clearly dedicated to his craft, hand-chopping vegetables and meats with care. You could see the joy in his face as he prepared our meals—his passion for cooking truly shone through.

When our food arrived, we were amazed at the generous portions. The aroma wafting from our dishes was mouthwatering, making it hard to wait before digging in. Each bite was a delight, bursting with flavor and freshness. We savored every moment, and despite our best efforts, we still had plenty of leftovers to enjoy later.

After our meal, the chef came over to check on us, genuinely interested in our experience. His pride in his culinary creations was evident, reflecting the rich traditions of Indian and Pakistani cooking he embodies.

In summary, Kabab and Naan offers delicious, fresh, made-to-order food crafted with love and respect for authentic recipes. The service was friendly, and the restaurant itself was spotless. If you’re in the area and craving Indian or Pakistani cuisine, make sure Kabab and Naan is at the top of your list. We can’t wait to return!

Food is below average. It doesn’t taste like biryani. I have ordered fish biryani. The fish smells bad and the biryani does not have any flavour. But looks like they have added a lot of food colour in it. Even the good is expensive for that quality

Was in the middle of a long drive and had to find a place to grab some dinner and somehow this place popped up. So happy it did. Probably one of the best Indian food places I have found in the US. They also don’t skimp out on the meats in the dishes. Normally the best places flavor wise only give you a couple pieces of meat in a bucket of sauce, but not here, it was the perfect ratio of meat to sauce.
Oh yeah and then the inside is all cool diner vibes!
Excellent flavors in a fun atmosphere!

My first time ordering from this restaurant. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and everyone was so pleasant and friendly. Not knowing the restaurant, I ordered the go to basics on the mild side. Next time I’ll definitely be more adventurous. Absolutely delicious!

This restaurant is so clean you can eat off the floor if you had to! If I dropped something like my last piece of curry chicken on the floor, let me tell you I would pick it up and eat it lol I really do not care. I also pick up DoorDash for many many customers that order a whole lot of food from here and I get so hungry when I smell the moth watering seasons on the chicken and the veggies. I can’t wait To try this cauliflower dish- idk if they do aloo gobi but I need to try that and their curry chicken. It smells so darn good! I did have so far a few taste test items at my friends and it included the butter super Naan & the garlic super Naan – yummy flat bread basically and then I had the chicken tiki masala and they do have the Aloo Gobi. I can’t wait to try it here, but I didn’t have it there yet but I did have a really good cauliflower dish. It was like cauliflower Manchurian. – ahhhh-mazzzze-ing!!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ percent out of this world! I’ve eaten take out-DoorDash actually from the shoemaker and Murray street corner in forty fort pa. Their kitchen ( Super Duper clean ) I kind of accidentally entered in the wrong door once! Lol but it was Pristine and you could eat off the floors like I said before lol – but really I hardly review a lot except for this place and the newer hibachi spot over in Edwardsville, Gateway, Plaza, and my doctors office for weight loss! Indian food is actually quite amazing for your physique so it’s hibachi! lol oh and “ you get what you pay for” I always say and just because the dinners with meat or seafood start at $20 or more it is worth it! It is worth every pen! Their sides and their appetizers are also amazing especially the cauliflower when I get!!

The place is a 50s diner and has weird TVs showing a room that doesn’t seem to exist, the food is amazing, the portions are huge. Honestly one of my favorite experiences of the area when I was in the state for a wedding.

If you are in the Poconos on vacation and craving Indian Food, this is the place to be. True authentic Indian cuisine. The freshness of their ingredients makes the food pop with color and delicious aroma. The service is top notch. They are a family owned business and take pride in their restaurant.

The food is so good that we ordered 3 nights in a row especially love the garlic naan with chefs signature tandoori sauce. Every meal has been very fresh. The chicken tikka and lamb biryani are our top 2 but honestly everything we have had has been delicious. 10 stars.

Food was decent. We got butter chicken – medium spice level and kadahi chicken – spicy. The butter chicken was oddly extremely red, I’m not used to that but it had flavor and was well made. The kadahi chicken was perfect in spice level, unfortunately there was a lack of flavor as the spice overpowered everything, you couldn’t taste the chicken or the gravy, it was just like putting spice in your mouth on a spoon. We also got a cheese naan and chilli cilantro naan which were both delicious and made as described. My fiancé got a sweet lassi and I got masala chai, again both very good.

The girl, the waitress I guess – super nice, super attentive.

The atmosphere of the restaurant really throws me off. I’m sure there was a diner here before but the diner theme at an Indian restaurant just rubs me the wrong way. I love an inviting atmosphere, the colors Indian restaurants use. I didn’t feel like my food was from the right place. With that said, the booths are up higher than the should be vs. the table. I felt I was doubled down over the table.

Hopefully if they stick around they do a little revamp of the place and make it more Indian themed. But until then, I will still just enjoy the food from the diner.
