Serious staffing issue the day we went. One girl working the bar, bar windows, and restaurant by herself. The other worker was participating in bowling tournament and late for their shift. Only giving a 3 star rating because of the hard work of one individual otherwise this would be an easy 1 star review. Although she was working alone she was pleasant and hustling to get around to the window and tables and make the drinks herself as best as she could. We are a party of 4 and ordered drinks and 4 orders of 12 wings. She managed to bring 2 rounds of drinks to us and while the other staff member arrived in bowling gear as we waited for our wings. Instead of getting straight to work that staff member stood outside to smoke and chat with another bowler while the original server continued to serve several tables and the window and line at the bar alone. My husband stepped outside to smoke also and mentioned to the smoking staff member that her peer could use help and the bowler/server made a sparky remark to him and continued to smoke her cigarette. When she finally came inside the girl who had been taking care of everyone advised us of the shift change and left. We asked if she could stay on because she was so friendly and she smiled said she’d love to but was already late leaving and really needed to go.
We continued to wait for the wings. After 90 minutes of waiting for wings, 24 of the 48 wings were brought to the table COLD and 12 were the wrong flavor. They hadn’t even put the other wings down yet. We advised our food was cold and order was wrong the server told us it wasn’t her fault. We advised we wanted to pay for our drinks and cancel the food bc we’d been there for almost 2 hours already. She did take the cold wings from the table and called to the back for them not to cook the other 24 which we could hear from where we were sitting. We tabbed out and left very frustrated, disappointed, and hungry.
Neither server should be expected to work the bar, the tables, and the service window ALONE while a bowling tournament is going on. It’s too busy for just one person.
In addition to that and I shouldnt have to point this out but snarky remarks by one server about other workers to customers is very unprofessional and unnecessary, especially when the individual was working as hard, fast, and as pleasantly as they could on their own to ensure customers were being cared for. It was our experience that evening that the victim of those remarks worked circles around the bowler/smoker/server who made the comment.

Wonderful place!!!! came in morning for brunch with a girl friend. the waitress was extremely friendly made us feel welcome and the young girl in the kitchen was working hard and always had a smile on her face! that tiny little thing had the delicious food out hot and fresh and all came out at the same time! Will be coming back.

Ordered a salad. The deli meat used was spoiled. Huge chunks of the core of the head of lettuce were included that were inedible. Visible browning of lettuce.

Atmosphere was great. Food was horrible and service wasn’t great. My husband ordered 30 minutes before we got there then we ordered when we got there and we got our food first. Jim really needs to do some training in this place again. Jamie a bar tender of course was amazing and fixed problems we brought to her attention

Classic bowling alley grub at its best…..the staff is always amazing and accommodating. My drink order is usually waiting on me before I even make it to the counter. The crew is young but they definitely still know how to turn out a great bite while you bowl!

I ordered off the kids menu and had a corn dog. The waitress was friendly, convincing me to get fries, and I’m glad she did. All food is made fresh when ordered and the corn dog was the perfect amount of crispy crunch on the outside, soft on the inside. I enjoyed myself and would go again. Im going to try the jumbo wings next time.

One really good waitress/bartender while the other chats it up with her friends at the bar and is unfriendly. Overpriced overcooked not-hot burger. Potato skins and fried pickles were good. Drinks were good. Remembered why I haven’t been back in 20 years. Don’t plan on returning.

Use to be my favorite wing place. Don’t know what happened but the wings are fried extremely hard! They’re fried for way too long! Must be a new thing because the wings we had last time was dang near cremation!
