Had the chicken chow mein at Kabab and Curry in Durham and it was excellent. The noodles were perfectly cooked, the chicken was tender, and the flavor was spot on without being greasy. Fresh, well-seasoned, and a generous portion—definitely something I’d order again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had such a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food was fresh, authentic, and absolutely delicious. I tried the momo and other dishes
and both were incredible—they genuinely reminded me of home.

On top of that, the service was excellent. The staff was so friendly, professional, and welcoming, which made the entire experience even more delightful.

This is truly a gem for anyone who enjoys Nepali and Indian cuisine. Whether you’re dining in or ordering takeout, you can expect flavorful dishes, warm hospitality, and exceptional service. I highly recommend this restaurant—it’s the perfect combination of great food, atmosphere, and care.

The butter chicken was absolutely delicious—rich, comforting, and packed with incredible flavor. Every bite was perfectly balanced and super satisfying. The butter naan deserves a special mention: it was unbelievably fluffy, warm, and honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. I travel often and have eaten at many Indian restaurants around the world, and I can confidently say this place has the best naan I’ve tasted. Truly a standout experience and a must-try for Indian food lovers.

Today was my first time eating Kabab and Curry, and it was delicious!! Service was warm, friendly, and attentive- the owner, Dinesh, is super personable and friendly. Ocean and Obi, Dinesh’s team members, are all wonderful, too! I really had a great time, and I’m so glad that we took a chance on a new place. It was well worth the risk, and I definitely plan to return. The steamed dumplings are delicious! We had the veggie ones, but there are chicken and paneer options, too- so worth it! I had the yellow lentils and my friend had the chickpeas- yum! We tried the pistachio ice cream cones for dessert. Also yum! We ate outside, and passersby were commenting on how good our food looked. I’m also one who’s a little wary of high salt content in restaurant meals, but this was perfectly seasoned- not salty tasty at all, and we could adjust the spice (as in heat) level as well. We highly recommend Kabab and Curry Durham!

Here’s a warm, heartfelt, five-star kind of review you can post as-is ✨

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Kabob and Curry in Durham. From the moment we walked in, the service felt genuinely kind and attentive, like being welcomed into someone’s favorite kitchen rather than just another table in a restaurant.

And the food… wow.
The naan was truly to die for. Warm, pillowy, and fresh, it disappeared from the basket faster than we could keep tearing pieces off. The samosas were perfectly crisp and flavorful, with just the right balance of spice, and the chicken tikka was outstanding. Tender, deeply seasoned, and cooked beautifully, every bite was comforting and bold at the same time.

You know those meals that make you pause mid-conversation because everyone is too busy enjoying their food? This was that kind of place.

Amazing food, wonderful service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We’ll absolutely be back. ️✨

This place has overshadowed every curry experience we’ve had. The food is spectacular—we love curry, and we’ve tried four different kinds so far. Each one is tremendously tasty! I honestly can’t decide which is my favorite.

The manager deserves five stars—he couldn’t be kinder or more helpful in making sure we had a great experience. The atmosphere is relaxing, everything is very clean, and the decorations really set the mood.

This is definitely my go-to special place!

If you’re craving authentic Nepali and Indian cuisine, Kabab and Curry is a must-visit! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and attentive service that made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
The menu offers a great variety of both Nepali and Indian dishes, each packed with flavor and prepared with care. I tried the veg momo and paneer chili- both were absolutely delicious.
The naan was soft and fresh, and paired perfectly with the curries. They also offer non-veg options, and my family loved the chicken momo and chicken chili.
What really stood out was the service — friendly staff, prompt service, and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re familiar with Asian cuisine or trying it for the first time, the team here makes sure you have a great experience.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for flavorful, authentic food and great service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We didn’t have to wait for a table and the service was very good, except for the person who took our order, because of him my food wasn’t spicy, but it was still good. We had the lamb tikka masala and the salmon saag, both tasty, but if they had been spicy, they would have been delicious; rice on the side and cheese naan, which had plenty of cheese. We also had white wine and tea. For dessert, we tried the kulfi and it was delicious! Not for everyone, but I really loved the flavor. I recommend this place, but if you like a good level of spice without it being overwhelming, I suggest asking for level 4 and not going with the waiter’s recommendation.
