Does this look like rodent droppings to you? Found it in my goat meat, along with a hair. Just slightly disturbing. It tasted good, but there were a lot of bones and gristle. The guy who took my order had to be reminded to return the right change to me. Terrible experience really.

Updating review I wrote five years ago. Kaah has the best Somali tea in Minnesota. However, their lunch dishes are far below average. Rice and meat dish is $22 which is more expensive than East Village Grill rice dish that is far superior in taste. This restaurant used to offer great cuisines. It is now at the very bottom of the list.

This place is very expensive charging 13 dollars for artificial colored yellow rice and serves you bones as goat meat. what they call biriyani is nothing but plain rice added to red color. Tasteless and expensive. There steak is hard chewy and salty and do not deserved to be call steak. What you find in Kaah as has no resemblance to the real authentic somali baris and hilib ari. It lack lack the right mix of spices that gives aroma and tasted . I was served rice soaked with yellow artificial color and salty goat meat doused with soy sauce .I don”t know the people giving this place five stars . Either they are owners, workers or people with no sense of taste. As fast food place charging 5 dollars I will be ok. I expect more when you charge me that kind of money. I Please safe yourself do not eat this place. Horrible expensive and tasteless food.

Used to be a good restaurant 4years ago firstly the service is terrible takes a long time they over charge you or the food get your orders wrong takes them two hour to fix it !!! the food is tasteless disgusting I literally had food poisoning for 2 weeks terrible I would never go here even if I’m serving!!!!!! I’m surprised they even passed an inspection
