Food is great, delivery is usually fast, but they need to get with the times. They only take cash over the phone and that really hurts their business. Food Chow City will take cards over the phone, which is still annoying, but I’m positive that this place frequently loses out on customers because they don’t have cash on them.

This is the third and last time that I will give this place a chance. Multiple times has the chicken been over cooked (dry, so chewy you can barely eat it). I tried this time, but literally could not chew the orange chicken. The fried rice is also very much below par and tastes like oil gone bad. Some improvements definitely need to be made.

Best Chinese food in Oswego. Not only they have a great selection, but their seasoning is great! I love that it’s an open kitchen concept and you get to see how your food is made. I’ve tried multiple dishes here and non have disappointed.

Quality of food has definitely decreased, was very disappointed when this was my favorite spot living in the area. Came home expecting some delicious Chinese and the recipes have definitely changed! Sesame chicken literally just had a tiny sprinkle of sesame on top, and the crab Rangoon was so off tasting I couldn’t finish it. Pork dumplings still taste the same and amazing!

Will never order here again. Paid $110 for chicken that was chewy and rubbery, the fried chicken wings tasted like old used oil. The rice was still hard like it was not cook all the way and the egg rolls where still cold on the inside. Called to tell them and got every excuse. It was a waste of money. DO NOT order from here you will be just handing them money for nasty food.

Food is bland very very bland. I ordered the chicken with garlic sauce and it wasn’t spicy and it kinda had an off taste. I didn’t finish it so it was a huge waste of money. We also got crab Rangoon and the sweet and sour sauce was legit sweet and sour sauce like American not Chinese…not sure why they did that but just no lol the lady who tooky order was pretty rude and told me not to touch a plant in her lobby which I had to move to see the specials written with market on the wall I should of left then but decided to just be hopeful. I know they are open late but honestly drive to Fulton and get food there it is worth it.
