KB Dillon’s is a landmark on the restaurant scene in Farmington New Mexico. The ambiance of the restaurant hasn’t strayed much from 30 years ago. I think the presence of other steakhouses in Farmington have to have hurt KB Dillon’s popularity a bit. On the negative side, the menu is limited and on the pricey side. On the positive side, the restaurant is still a comfey and quiet place to go out for special occasions like a wedding anniversary. They also serve a solid offering of steaks, but don’t expect it overly seasoned like those newer steakhouses with cement floors, too-loud music, no space between the tables and waitstaff chanting and clapping happy birthday.

Over priced and overated. I had the chicken. It was inedible, undercooked. The rice was soupy and had no flavor.. I will not be going back. It’s a shame really because K B Dillon’s used to be a very nice restaurant.

This place is a GEM! Sophia is a fantastic bartender that really brought everyone sitting at the bar come together for laughs and great conversation. The owner was there and very helpful. He even got us something delicious to snack on since we got there after the kitchen had closed. Thanks y’all, made us feel like we’d been coming for years!

I’ve eaten at KB’s several times over the past 10 years and have noticed definite inconsistencies in both service and food. In the dining room slower and slower service, food depending on what you order no telling how it might turn out. In the bar the service seemed abit better but the food was still their food. Good luck.

2/2020: HOW did this place get listed under ‘cheap eats’ ? I’ve eaten here several times and the food is pretty good for this area, but nothing about this place is cheap. Both food and drink prices reflect the pretentiousness of the menu and staff and are definitely at the high end of the scale for this area. I would eat here more often (because I find the food worth the higher price) but they have this ignorant policy of closing for a few hours between the times that they think people should be eating lunch or dinner.
Update 12/2021′. Guess this place isn’t a restaurant anymore. Google sez ‘dine in’. Got there, sign on door says No Food, No Appetizers, but they will be glad to serve you overpriced booze.

Not Satisfied. Unwelcoming management. Overcooked, understuffed potato peels, overpriced menu of what seemed like frozen foods cooked to order. Outside exterior is dirty, and the inside is filthy. Tables were dirty, not sure when the corners were sweep, or the walls washed. No windows. Cavelike 40 year old dive bar with an exclusionary, sometimes hateful but definitely harmful atmosphere. I will never go here again.

Absolutely the worst excuse for a restaurant I’ve ever been to in my ENTIRE life. Everything was terrible, from the “food” to the rude and condescending service. I tipped 3% and felt like I was getting robbed. Do not waste your time or money at this joke of an attempt at a restaurant. Go to Texas Roadhouse or Outback, or even 7-2-11 for far better food and service.

Prime rib was an inferior piece of meat. It didn’t appear to be like any I have eaten in the past. We left without eating our meal. It took us over a half hour to get any kind of compensation. The owner was even called. It was overpriced and not as advertised. We will not be returning. Jewel was our server. She was excellent.

Loved the ambience of the bar area. Looking around though there needs to be a through cleaning..carpets in the corners were disgusting. And the restrooms too. Made me not want to order food at all. Pricy but drinking wise a great place to go if you got the $$$.
