This is a great diner! I enjoyed the catfish and hush puppies. The slaw is the best I’ve ever had. My friends had the buffet. You can’t go wrong. The service is amazing, and they treat you like family. We had a large group, and Miss Christina was awesome. The dining room is big, and they have a large room for big groups. There’s plenty of parking. They are very busy between 11 am and Noon, so plan accordingly.

The Philly CheeseSteak omelette this morning was absolutely fire. Perfectly marinated beef wrapped gingerly by perfectly cooked eggs. Light, fluffy and buttery smooth. The service was amazing and the dining area very well taken care of. Ten times better than my last visit here when they were under different management.

Justin’s Toll House is a gem in Savannah, TN! The catfish was fresh and perfectly fried, and the meatloaf was pure Southern comfort. Friendly service, great portions, and a cozy, hometown vibe. You can tell they take pride in every plate. Don’t pass this place up!

Been wanting to try this place as we visit Savannah often. We went for breakfast .Our waitress was in a hurry to take our order. Ordered 2 eggs hash browns toast bacon and city ham. I got eggs biscuits and gravy and ham. They were out of hash browns on a Sunday. Clearly. Will not be going back.

I’ve ordered the home fries with breakfast three times now hoping they will get better . They are too done . Also barely enough gravy for one biscuit let alone two this morning . Usually very good . Just disappointed that potatoes always look and taste burned ….. so they got a new cook named Lee something . He makes the best burgers and does not burn my potatoes!!!!! I will start ordering from them again since he’s there

The best customer service was from the hard working bus girl. Food was ok at best and our server was sweet but definitely in another world. We ordered a bit of everything and the salmon was the best tasting by far. Atmosphere reminded me of a cafeteria in a old folks home or hospital and could use some ambiance.we weren’t excited but not completely turned off. I don’t know if we would go back.

I took my elderly uncle there for lunch and it was one of the worst experiences I have had with a sit down restaurant. The food was nasty, the service was none existent. When the waitress stopped (finally) to ask how everything was and I politely told her the food was cold when served, I needed a refill on my drink for over 10 minutes, the table was dirty and sticky, and perhaps instead of being glued to her phone she could provide some sort of service, she said she was sorry and then just walked away without doing anything to correct the issues. I had to call her back as she ignored my request for a drink refill and it still took her 5 more minutes to do this. I left a nickel for a tip and will NEVER go back there again.

Word of advice: WATCH your food you get from here. My four year old son ate their expired yogurt. My question is: what else is expired in their kitchen that we don’t see? The waitress says to me in front of my children” it’s still good three weeks past its expiration date” seriously? So is that y’alls food safety standards? Everything that’s expired is fine for three weeks? What does the health department say about this? Since 2010 We have always loved eating here until today. But, Their food and service have changed drastically. Today there was limited selection at the breakfast bar. Only a few types of meat on bar and no pancakes available No bacon was offered. Some of the food was dried out and old. The fried pork steak or whatever it was was rubbery tasted like leftover from last Saturday the yogurt expired on dec 5 2025. We should have checked expiration date first but my son grabbed it and ate some of it. When I told the waitress she said “honey it’s still good three weeks after it’s expiration date. It’s expired on dec 5 2025. I was like Honey today is January 10 2026. Yeah, Her honest mistake but that was their attitude towards paying customers. Would NOT recommend Justin’s toll house. Now I’m just hoping and praying neither of my babies have food poisoning!
