Food was hot. Waitress wrote down my order wrong. She got upset when I corrected her about my order. Floor was extremely sticky. Place wasn’t busy. The dude sitting us got upset with me cause I asked for a table.

We were the only table in the restaurant, so you would think that our service would have been excellent, but that was not the case. One of our silverware sets was wrapped in a dirty napkin. The server forgot to bring us drinks until right before the food came out. Both mine and my husband’s food was not hot. They forgot a part of my dish. We never had a dirty dish removed from the table. We never got refills for our drinks. We never even got our check, we had to track down another worker and ask to pay. Would not recommend.

Waited over 10 minutes to be seated. It was not busy. Maybe 2 tables with seated people. Finally seated, after ordering it took 30 mins to get our food. We asked for the fried shrimp appetizers, and it never arrived. When we finally started getting our food. My granddaughter got hers about 5 mins before ours. We asked the server about the shrimp, he told us they were out of shrimp. You would have thought he would have told us as soon as he found out, giving us the option to get something else, but that was not the case. My chicken strips were frozen, over cooked. My husband’s turkey looked Iike cat food to quote my granddaughter. Food not tasteful. But, after waiting so long, and being hungry, we ate it. It is extremely safe to say we won’t be returning to this IHOP or any other in the future.

The host were wonderful. When we got to the table is where it went down hill. We sat for 15-20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged our table. Finally a waitress did and got our drinks and food order. We didn’t have to wait long for the food to come but she did forget one of our drinks and then part of my order was wrong and when I asked about it she completely ignored me. None of the staff seems to care about anything or anyone. I normally try to not make a complaint being I have worked in the food industry and customer service my whole life but I will not be returning to this IHOP again. Another customer that was sat beside us had the same issues. We watched him sit for 15 minutes before anyone helped him. The bus boy was amazing though. That kid made sure to clean off the tables and helped anyone that asked him. I think this location really needs to work on customer service.

Went on a Sunday somehow beating the rush, and were quickly seated. Our server was polite and helpful but had a lot on her plate… I think there were only 2 servers there? I felt bad she kept apologizing for everything taking so long, but everything was delicious. Absolutely perfect for taking the kids out for a meal I didnt have to make!

We were seated in about 5 minutes. It took the waitress at least 15 minutes to acknowledge we were there. Then another 10 minutes for her to bring us water, she said fresh coffee was being made, 15 minutes later my coffee came in a to go cup… no silverware to stir my cream and sugar. 15 minutes go by, my daughter got her breakfast, I only got my pancakes. Waitress said she was waiting for my egg plate. The rest of my breakfast came 15 minutes later, my daughter had finished her meal. I get places are short staffed but almost an hour to be served breakfast is a little much! Would not ever go there again.

My waitress named Anna was the sweetest most attentive employee she smiled n it changed my sad mood with her personality it was Friday Feb 10th at 830am her name was Anna and she deserves a raise or promotion… I hope that beautiful young woman gets to see this

Took almost an hour to receive my food and there was only a few people in there. An older gentleman ordered online and still waited almost a half hour, after he got there. There were plenty of staff, and there was no reason for the long waits. I’ve eaten at several Shops and, this one was the worst.
