Ordered a warm bowl via the mobile app and when I arrived home I realized it’s missing 3 of the ingredients (rice, chips and avocado). Searched for a phone number to contact them, couldn’t locate one. Very disappointed!

I come here frequently, and I have been thinking about leaving a review many times. It’s a constant battle that I am having, so here we go.
The food is fine.
Some staff is better than others. Never had an issue with most staff there.
The issue is how they are handling the food. They are wearing gloves yes, but they are touching door knobs, cash register, cell phones, etc. when they are handling my food (especially when touching my food directly such as preparing the wrap) they should not be cross contaminating. This is the number one priority in food safety. They need to be better trained on food safety and infection control guidelines. Especially if I am right there and seeing it.
When ordering ahead, my food is never ready at the time indicated. This aligns with all the other reviews I have seen here. This could be a management issue by not having sufficient staff there.
I may give it another try but this has to change.

First time here! Explain it was our first time, staff was very friendly and patient with us while we ordered. Good portion size, which I appreciate! The food was good. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact they didn’t have a kids meal. Suggestion to the manager or owner: Create a kids’ meal that consists of a base, one protein, sauce, and a side of chip. Had to spend $12 for a wrap for a 4 yr old… and he didn’t eat it all, a complete waste. Please find a way to incorporate a kids option within your menu. Thank you!

I always have a great experience here and the food is consistently delicious, but today I was having a bad day and Zee, who made my bowl, was so nice and friendly I really appreciated it! I will try your recommendation next time I’m feeling adventurous enough to stray away from my favorite – cilantro lime chicken bowl. Thank you so much.

Kudos to Just Salad! I’m a fan of Caesar and that’s my go to salad when I’m eating out; naturally, I got the chicken Caesar salad and didn’t change any of the ingredients. It was delicious and I found it had the perfect balance of all ingredients. Usually restaurants are crouton-heavy so I order without the croutons at other establishments but it’s not necessary here; this salad had the perfect amount.
I got the cucumber-mint lemonade and it was refreshing, just not my favorite. We also got the strawberry lemonade and it was great. The chocolate chip cookie was full of chocolate chunks and the perfect dessert.
We also ordered the honey crispy chicken wrap, buffalo cauliflower salad, chicken noodle soup, and 2 of the reusable Elmo bowls. They’re a hit! Everyone enjoyed their food and we all agreed that you can tell the entrees were made with the freshest ingredients.
As a mom of kids with multiple food allergies, I was pleasantly surprised that each ordered item is mixed in its own, clean stainless bowl, lessening the risk of cross contamination. Bottom Line… There are only 15 restaurants in the 34787 zip code with a perfect food score and Just Salad is one of them. We will be back!

I’m so tired of eating bad fried food. This is a healthy option with a decent portion. But most importantly, the service is always good when I come into this location. I’m very big on service. It keeps me coming back .Somehow I always get the same two workers. Their names are z and June. They crush every other fast casual restaurant at service. Especially the worker named z. She is always beyond nice and will stop whatever she’s doing to get me a knife or a water cup or something or provide me with some information. These little things make me want to spend my money here
