That was my first time at Just Salad and I honestly loved it.
To begin with, all the workers are so nice and welcoming. The menu is clearly displayed and they have some of the nutrition facts: calories, protein.. which is very helpful specially if you’re counting calories.
There are a lot to choose from. I had a hot honey harvest and substitute the goat cheese and the balsamic. The chocolate cookies were delicious (wanted more) and I had a pineapple lemonade.
There are plenty of parking spaces in front, wheelchair accessible. The ambience is very nice; Can dine in or take out.
I will definitely recommend if you want a balanced meal and honestly considering coming back.

Azura was super friendly! As soon as we walked into the door she was greeting up with a loud welcome and smile on her face. She was informative of the menu and was able to answer all of our questions and tweak our orders to make sure they met our dietary needs. She prepared the food quick and my salad was tossed well, even chopping up the egg for me, and added the perfect amount of dressing. Thank you!

We just enjoyed our delicious salads at Just Salads. All the ingredients were fresh, menu board was easy to read & explained each item, food prep area was clean & organized, and the dining area was clean and bright. What made our experience tonight (2/21/26) enjoyable were Hugo & Ashley. They went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and gave us plenty of time to make our selections. Hugo took such care in preparing our salads that I felt he cared about the final product. (We have stopped visiting similar types of restaurants due to the way the staff handled the food.) Thank you Hugo & Ashley, I hope your boss realizes that you two have exceptional customer service skills. Well done & thank you.

It was my First time there yesterday. Lauren helped me navigate the menu and explained some of the menu items. I ended up going with the Cilantro Lime Chicken Bowl. It was the best. Lauren gave exceptional customer service. She is by far the best, most beautiful, and has the most positive energy. I will be going back, hoping Lauren will be there with her exceptional customer service. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend.

I’ve been trying to incorporate more healthy options into my routine, so I was excited to try Just Salad in Palm Beach Gardens. The concept is definitely appealing – quick, customizable salads and wraps with eco-friendly practices.
On my visit, I ordered both their Caesar salad and Caesar salad wrap to compare the two formats because they both come highly recommended. Unfortunately, both were a bit underwhelming. The ingredients seemed fresh enough, but the flavor profile was rather bland. The dressing lacked the rich, garlicky punch you’d expect from a good Caesar, and the overall experience was just… mediocre. Neither bad enough to complain about nor good enough to crave again.
The staff was efficient and the restaurant was clean, which I appreciated. The ordering process was straightforward, and I liked the reusable bowl program they offer – it’s a great sustainable initiative that more places should adopt.
I give them three stars because while the execution was average, I genuinely appreciate what Just Salad is trying to do. The concept of accessible, quick, healthy food options is something our area needs. With some flavor improvements and perhaps more generous portions, this place could easily earn another star or two.
If you’re in a pinch and need something healthy on the go, it’s an acceptable option – just don’t expect to be wowed by their Caesar offerings.
