Visited today and ordered the Hot Honey Harvest Bowl and it did not disappoint. I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor of bowl. They have a wide range of healthy menu items. The staff was super helpful and kind. The location is very clean. There are a couple of tables if you need to sit and eat really quick. A great lunch spot if you are in the area.

Worst place to order food from. In the name of healthy food they are giving crap. Literally crap. Ordered buffalo chicken wrap and you can see in the picture there was no chicken. Filled with carrots. I bet it doesn’t have 44g of protein like it says on the website. And by the way that was not the only thing that was ordered. There were two orders of wraps and two bowls of salad. Someone need to sue this company for wrong advertising.

Craving a salad and this was the perfect place to go. Ordered the Tokyo Supergreens bowl and all the ingredients were so fresh and tasty. I mistakenly got “medium level” dressing and my salad was too salty, so I went back and asked one of the employees if I could add more greens to dilute the flavors. He offered to make me a completely new salad but I deferred as I don’t like to waste food. After getting some additional greens, my salad was perfect!
Not only that, but the employee (turned out to be the manager) that gave me the greens came out shortly after to check if my salad was ok… and again offered to make me a new one if I wasn’t satisfied!

Hello, I would like to file a complaint about the service at your store. When I arrived to pick up my delivery order, the staff were busy chatting with each other and completely ignored the takeaway orders. I waited for more than 20 minutes, and no one bothered to prepare or even acknowledge the order.
This kind of attitude is very unprofessional and wastes the delivery driver’s time. If your staff are not willing to handle delivery orders properly, it might be better to stop offering delivery service altogether. Please take this issue seriously and improve staff management and customer service.

I ordered from just salad website at 6:20pm and the estimate pick up time were 6:46pm, I arrived around 6:40pm of course not expecting the order will be ready then I wait until 6:55pm, still not ready so I deicide to go the shop next order to walk around, when I return around 7:10pm the order still not ready yet so I asked the staff what is the status of my order, they are looking around and tell the other staff I am here, then they just start looking at the machine to print out the order, I was like “what?”, so I ask what is the purpose I am order online up front, and ask them if I don’t ask the will not start making my order, at the same time my wife called to me to pick her up about 5 min away then I tell the staff I will be back in 10 min, the staff replied back “I am making it now do you want your order”, WITHOUT any apologies. First I am so confused what is the whole point I order online upfront? second, should I have to tell the staff I arrived the first time at 6:40pm? third, none of the staff apologies to me.

Bad customer service: my order wsd supposed to be ready at 12:30. I came to pick up the order at 12:40 and I was told it is being prepared. I came back at 12:57 and the order was not ready. No apologies. I do not recommend this place.

Don’t go here. This review has been a long time coming. I’ve given several chances to this place and I am finally done. Each and every time I’ve gone here I’ve placed an online order and given them more time than expected to fulfill my order. Each time I arrive for my order they only start it. It’s like they’re waiting for me to actually be there to start it. What is the point of a mobile order then? Not only are they poor with time management, they made my order incorrectly. The ingredients in my salad were blatantly different from what I ordered. I hope this place gets replaced by a Chopt Salad. Putting a salad together shouldn’t be this difficult.
