Well this was going to be a 4 star experience until the end when it came time to leave. My daughter needed to use the restroom and there’s currently two men in there with the door locked but nobody in the men’s room where they should have been. It made me really uncomfortable. The waffles and beverages were great but it is really weird to me that the patrons think this kind of behavior is normal or acceptable. I don’t think we will be returning.

hai guys. this is sharon. back with the BANGER reviews. this my first time having just love’s coffee after hearing through the grapevine (my mom) that this place was good. so i got a regular sized caramel frappé, chicken quesadilla, and the turtle cheesecake. i soent $31 PLUS TIP. so i was really hoping it would taste good and worth the money. BUT IT WAS NOT. THAT CHICKEN QUESDILLA DONT GET IT. THE CHICKEN? DRY & TASTELESS. the frappuccino was great tho ^__^ and the cheesecake. so, we (my friend and i) thought this was just a fluke and so we got a blt (becuase you can’t mess that up). well, you would be surprised. first of all, bland and dry. no mayo or anything, no salt or pepper. no NOTHING. we doused the sandwiches in salt & pepper, but to no avail, it didn’t do much. so if you were to get anything, get the coffee, cheesecake and scone.. sniffles cutely (>﹏<)

Been here a couple times before and everything was great. Today I went in to do some homework and study and right when I get there I could already tell by the way the employee was acting that she wasn’t in good mood. Looked at the menu for a second to see what I would want and decided to get the breakfast sandwich. I walk up to the register to order and then the employee notices me after a few minutes. Right when she walks up she has an attitude and looks me up and down with a dirty look waiting for me to start speaking. I asked her if I could have the breakfast sandwich with a plain bagel and bacon with potatoes as my side. She sighs and reads me back my order and then I ask for a strawberry smoothie and that was all. She rolls her eyes and walks away from the register as I pay and of course I’m not tipping her with that attitude and that’s coming from a waitress. I go to find a spot to charge my computer because I knew it was dead. I walk up to the table in the middle with all the ports and it’s not charging it. I try to turn on the outlet doesn’t do anything. So I decided to go in the corner by a wall outlet and everything was fine. After a few minutes she gives me my food drops in on the table and walks away not saying anything. I try to say thank you as she leaves and she just goes “mhmm.” I look at my food and everything was right except for the side which is fruit instead of potatoes. I just shrugged it off because I’m not a confrontational person and she was already in a bad mood I didn’t want them to do anything to my food if I was to ask for potatoes because that was the vibes I got from her. I decided to just start eating and then I found moldy blueberries in the container. I decided to just eat the fruit around it and my sandwich was good, but you should not be serving someone moldy blueberries. Overall, the experience was awful and the employee had black hair and a nose ring I believe and wearing all black. This is the first time I’ve ever written a review because I usually just go with the flow, but the moldy blueberries was the final straw. This was around 11:00 on Monday 11-17-25.

$9.45 and a white chocolate frappe. The sandwich was pretty delicious & the frappe was one of the best ones I’ve ever had. BUT paying over $20 for this was ridiculous. The price is my only complaint but I’m definitely going back for the frappe!

This is by far the worst latte that I have ever gotten. The coconut milk tasted rancid or burnt. You couldn’t even tell that there was espresso in the drink. The iced caramel latte barely turned a light brown with the shot and it was also not flavorful.

I was excited to finally try Just Love Coffee in Madison after hearing so many good things. I placed an online order for a half order of Nanna’s Cinnamon Rolls to go. Customer service was nice, but my food was handed to me with no bag, I had to ask for one. Once I got to my destination and took a bite, I realized the bottom was completely burnt. Very disappointing for my first visit. I hope this was just a one-off, but it definitely left me unsure about coming back.

Wife and I tried Just Love for the first time this morning. Cafe was clean and bustling with patrons. Menu is large and readable but a handheld would be nice for those with bad eyes or indecisive. Wife ordered a Flowered Latte and Nutella stuffed waffle and I had the Cha-Cha Latte and Breakfast Burrito. The medium Latte’s were hot, perfect foam and larger than expected. They were perfecto! The food smaller than expected. Only received half a waffle and the burrito was less than stuffed. Burrito contents were only lukewarm. With tip, paid almost $40 for less than satisfying breakfast. Not a good value in this economy. Jury is debating on if we will be back.

The iced coffee was lacking coffee (mostly milk) and the breakfast sandwich was served with old croissant bread and a cold piece of cheese that was not melted. When I asked if they could melt the cheese, I was told since the bacon and egg were hot (which it wasn’t), the cheese would melt. Not a good experience for me especially after reading so many good reviews.

Today I got the pumpkin spice latte with oat milk, and it was delicious. I got it without whip topping because I’m lactose intolerant… and they made it so cute for me!The baristas were friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate my order. This is a great place for specialty lattes, breakfast, and a good vibe. I also recommend their chai latte. I don’t think they do pour overs, but like I said if you’re looking for a sweet latte, this is a great stop. I’ve never been disappointed with the customer service or atmosphere here. Will for sure be coming back.

The coffee is mediocre. The sitting area is small, crammed. The food was mediocre certainly not worth $40 for two omelets and one pumpkin spice coffee. The wait is long and the space feels suffocating. The staff were kind. Don’t think i will go out of my way to come here for coffee though. Also. Employ black people. You might have Hispanics cooking but employ some young black kids at the front too.
