First. You don’t go to this place because you want to grab a drink with a friend. This is a gym with a juice bar. With that in mind, my review is not based as though it were a restaurant or coffee shop but in a category of its own.

Samurai bowl with peanut butter and the Happy Fresh are my favorites but I haven’t found anything that I didn’t love. So fresh and flavorful. Cute little shop too. Their gym is in the same building but it is partitioned off and is just a very energetic little place. Indoor and outdoor seating is so nice, and the service is ALWAYS wonderful. I love that they share your love for eating healthy and nourishing our bodies naturally. Sooo, in a nutshell… Love it!

Absolutely delicious!!! You can smell the freshness as soon as you open the door. I had the green juice with pineapple and most definitely would have again! Good variety of drinks/snacks. Prices are acceptable. Place is clean. Staff was informative and welcoming. If you haven’t been here… GO NOW

First time stopping at Just Cut and it was underwhelming. The smoothie was not very flavorful and was the consistency of the coconut water they used as the base, and it was almost $9 for the small. The interior has a lot going on, but I loved all the plants. I used the restroom and it wasn’t very clean.

These folks rock! They love what they do and are passionate to serve quality juices. We love love love the Acai Samurai Bowl, and the Ginger Berry Shake. Wow. -Clint, Ruth, the team, their drive, and integrity are to be spoken of. -Respect- I should have left this review years ago. Redmond would not be the same without this killer juice bar. We know 2 “clients/reps” who live in the Willamette Valley who make it a dead-set point to stop at Just Cut when they are in town, it’s a highlight for them. Great job ya’ll!

Outstanding! Açaí bowl is so freakin good. The spicy wake up smoothie has to be one of the greatest things I’ve ever had. Healthy, very friendly and welcoming environment. I look forward to attending the gym classes. Something tells me I’ll become a regular here. Not sure I’ve ever really appreciated living here in Redmond till I found this place.

I am overwhelmed at the awesomeness of this place. I’m chronically ill & Clint had some really great advice. Then there are the amazing smoothies & juices. Can’t wait to be strong enough to take classes to rebuild my body. They also sell raw honey, soups, salads & a killer fruit breakfast bowl. I can’t say enough about this incredible faith based business!!!

So this will have to be a 2 part review, The only place I know of outside of Bend that has super juice, fresh fresh. . Not pre cut and scooped out of a plastic box. . I will definitely come back for smoothie and juice. . Well worth it! If you are wanting to get into shape and have injuries you are worried about this might be the place to go, I’ve went to the gym a lot but never tried crossfit but I think if I did u would try it here. . Clint and the other staff were very no pressure and very chill.
