Absolutely my favorite breakfast burrito place I have been coming here for years and years and every time I have a breakfast burrito anywhere else I am disappointed this one beats them all if there’s a Weight it is well worth it and if you go after most people go to work it’s not as busy, but it is just a hop in place because of how good they arethere is outside seating and the parking sometimes is a little difficult because of the amount of people that know this is the best

I would get bacon breakfast burritos here at least once a week when I worked in the area 10 years ago. This was my first visit back since. The burritos are the same as I remember them. Good balance of potato, egg, cheese and green chile. I love the crispy potatoes. I’ve gotten to be somewhat of a breakfast burrito / green chile snob due to the number of options north of Denver :). That said, I would like the hot chile to actually cause me to break a sweat. The bacon could be crispier so it doesn’t get jiggly during transport from restaurant to home. I can appreciate that some of the green chile pieces in the sauce are not fully cooked but I prefer them fully cooked.

What’s not to like? Great people that really seem to care and great burritos. It’s a pick up place so plan on eating at home or on the go. I can’t say that we have ever been disappointed and will be back!

I’ve been coming here for 20 years and it never disappoints!! It’s not just some “hole-in-the-wall” establishment to be recommended by new residents. No, It’s a community asset that’s adored by locals and continues to be a staple of Old Town Broomfield. They may not be authentic to Mexican cuisine, but they’re damn delicious and always consistent with the same great taste and friendliness! The only thing they’ve changed in the last 20 years is their price. However, I will always be a loyal patron to this establishment, and I highly recommend that you become one as well!!! ❤️

Good burritos, but doesn’t help to call ahead here, they don’t start till you’ve waited in a long line, so not worth calling if you in a hurry. Santiago’s burritos always has my bag waiting ready for me… If you have bad knees, not a place you would want to be waiting and standing, no drive thru options, no room to stand, some patrons waited outside. No wheelchair room, no line cables , no signs … Customers direct new arrivals of where the line is… My wife enjoys the burritos but sends me to deal with the pain of getting one… I’m sure time of day plays a roll, it’s unfortunate, The owner is missing out on a lot of potential. I agree with the previous review, they really are not too friendly.

Pretty lame breakfast burrito, unfortunately! Potatoes mushy, cheese not fully melted, and the tortillas seemed like they were just basic mission tortillas you could get at a king Soopers. Even Costco sells better tortillas! Also the hot was barely hot, I think this might be mild chilli at some spots in Denver. I’d suggest adding a “super hot” or something for people who actually like heat.
Pretty disappointing! I’d say go ahead and revamp this and try again with a new recipe and better tortillas.

I’m so confused as to how this place has such a high rating. As a Latina, I’m always looking for a good breakfast burrito. This is NOT the place. Their green Chile had NO flavor. The bacon was stretchy and soft and the potatoes tasted like they were cooked with no seasoning. This burrito looks delicious. The chile looks like it would taste incredible, but I took 2 bites and didn’t even bother to finish it, it was that gross.
The concept and ordering process is awesome. Maybe their other burritos are better, but the breakfast ones are flat out disgusting! And I have Never gotten a smothered deluxe burrito anywhere with a handful of diced raw onions on top. I didn’t read the description on the menu and had to pick them all off so heads up to anyone that doesn’t like cold raw onions on hot burrito!
