If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered an original chicken sandwich and a “rodeo” burger with cheese. The photos speak for themselves. Where is the mayo, lettuce or cheese?

If I could give a zero I would. We ordered an oreo milkshake and when we got to the window after waiting 10 minutes, she hands me an ice cream sundae. We tell her we asked for a shake, and request one, she tells us there are no shakes. We said it’s listed in the app with their location selected and that we also asked for a shake at the window. The employee (who appears to be in a manager uniform) then decided to blame us and argued backed and forth that we asked for a sundae and not a shake. Then she refused to mix it so that it wasn’t just vanilla ice cream with crumbs on top in a cup too small to mix. Unfortunately we had already paid, so I took it anyway. It’s useless though, because I’m going to drive for an hour, so it’s just going to melt. What a waste of time, money, and energy. Pick a different location.

Slowest drive thru I have ever been to ANYWHERE. Took 5 minutes to give change to customer in front of me, after waiting 5 minutes to do the same for the customer in front of him. Sitting 15 minutes for a burger and soda I ordered through app, and their high curb keeps me stuck.
When did a whopper Junior become so small? Looks like a regular cheeseburger!

I ordered 4 meals , one of the meals was a 2 cheeseburger meal. We go to eat and there’s only 1 cheeseburger. I went up to get the other one and she said I only asked for 1 . If I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal why would I only want 1 . Brittany argued with me about it and then never gave it to me. She insisted I said only 1 cheeseburger. Daniella also argued and didn’t give us the other one that was paid for. I don’t understand why they would not give us the food we paid for. Terrible customer service , the customer is always right and if I paid for 2 cheeseburgers I should get them. If she misunderstood me that’s fine fix it but they didn’t even try.

Of the two BKs in this town this is by far the better one. Although there are usually only two or three people working here if you are not in a hurry it is great. If you are in a hurry don’t pick BK.

They need a different way of doing things here. It’s an abysmal wait time to get your food, the drive through mic doesn’t seem to work well because the workers can’t hear you, the deep-fried stuff was bitter because the oil is old, I mean the list goes on. The place also seems run down, side door is open but the front door is closed. I don’t recommend this burger king place.

Literally the worst Burger King you’ll ever find. I would recommend eating your money before subjecting yourself to their service and food. Expect 15+ min drive thru if there is no cars in line.

Will never go to this Burger King again. A 30 minute wait with only two cats ahead of us. Sat and waited for someone to take our order for most of that wait. Huge waste of time! Could have had a sit down lunch in less time.

I don’t know how this place hasn’t been shut down yet, but at least Zion is very nice and handsome. He is the handsomest one there and the only good thing about this location. He needs a raise.

Every time I go here the fries have black specks on them and no it’s not pepper it’s old grease! Chicken fries are always a very dark color looks old. Menu screen is always broken and they won’t bother to fix it. They really really need a health inspection asap it’s been like this for months. I can’t even imagine what goes on in the kitchen. Uncleanliness for sure. Someone get them a new manager for this location!
