As an edit to this review, we tried to place an order there today through Clover. A DoorDasher went to get the order, but they were closed during their “open” hours. We have attempted to call five times and left a voicemail with no answer. While they do have great acai bowls, they are very disorganized.
I work down here and my office team often likes to get raspados or açaí bowls. While they always taste great, they wait is always absurdly long and it is not because the business is full of customers. When we order online, it says the order will be ready in 20 minutes. However, our average wait time (for 4-5 raspados or açaí bowls) is typically an hour long. I wish it was staffed better or that the employees were more efficient.

The wait is ridiculous, the few times we have been there its the same thing. Only one girl working alone and not great at multitasking. She warns you after you have already ordered and you are about to pay that there is a long wait. I’m sorry but even with a warning it’s not OK to wait that long for a drink or even a couple of simple items. We were the only ones in there at one point and she still took forever to get our order to us. They had a second employee walk in to work and even two of them couldn’t get it done. They even have a sign that it’s not a fast food place to warn you but still not OK, for any place to take this long. They seem to not have any sense of urgency because they have that sign. This would be a great place if they were more efficient with their customer service.

This place is fantastic! The Fresa raspado con nieve y lechera was incredible! The food was excellent overall tasted sooo fresh! My only suggestion would be to use less juice in the corn cup, but that might just be my personal preference since I’ve never had it with that much juice before. The prices are very reasonable. Sure, you might find it a dollar or two cheaper in Tucson, but having something local makes it so much more convenient. I’ll definitely be coming back! Also the customer service was great! Very welcoming atmosphere.

Menu is great, everything is delicious. Customer service is top notch, everyone is always friendly and welcoming, and store is always clean.
Prices are ok. Orders do come out at glacial speeds.

I ordered a medium Boa (Tamarindo Raspado) it was delicious.
I would definitely order this again.
The reason I gave three stars was for the food. I ordered the corn cocktail.
Nothing like the picture. It tastes like watered down corn soup with hard uncooked corn. No flavoring or lime.
Very disappointed.
I will be back for for the drinks but definitely not the food.

This cute little place popped up and I decided to try it. I went simple with a pineapple smoothie and I love it! I’m bringing the kids back for sure! The environment is fun and friendly. I can totally see this place being a fun spot for the teens this summer.

We are new to the area and heard great things about this place! The staff were so friendly and answered all of our questions. My kiddos had ice cream with sprinkles and loved it. My husband and I ordered their shaved ice drinks which were delicious. I would recommend this spot to anyone and everyone!

The prices are a touch on the high side, but that’s expected with supporting smaller businesses! It’s totally worth it too for the atmosphere and kind employees. I got horchata with strawberry aguas frescas in it and it was so nice 🙂 Shout out to Paulina for the above and beyond service <3
