First time here, and I can tell you it’s very good! The dumplings are definitely next-level. Dan Dan noodles are a little spicy but perfect. Fried rice shrimp really good!!

Amanda’s service was excellent. She made sure to give us good recommendations and made everything enjoyable.

Best Chinese food in the Twin Cities. The Farmer’s Chicken is one of our favorites. The Crazy Beef In Szechuan Chili Broth is also amazing!

The service is always great!

Stopped in for dinner with my boyfriend, we both liked our drinks and our service was great. One of our favorite repeat spots to go. The beef noodle soup is one of my favorites, I missed it on this outing.

Dan Dan noodles are a must.

As well as the Szechuan Dumplings were phenomenal.

The Chong Qing Spicy Chicken was mediocre at best.

With its spot-on Szechuan Chinese food near the heart of North Loop, Jun showcases wok-fired Szechuan dishes, dim sum and signature dumplings made from family recipes. I was very impressed by the mushroom dish and spicy wings; everything we ordered was delicious though. The atmosphere was modern and inviting, and staff were attentive. I look forward to being back.

This place is a solid! We went for an early dinner on a Wednesday evening, it was not very busy! The cocktail was delicious (old fashioned). The tofu and vegetable dumplings were good. We finally had the chow fun noodles which were delicious! Overall this was a solid spot!

The restaurant was not in my list and my friend share the address. Tried the food, surprisingly, they are very good. Authentic Chinese style. All the dishes we order are tasted good. Compare to Grand SzeChuan, the size of each dish is small. Price is higher.

My girlfriends and I went out to Jun on a Saturday night. We over ordered but it was great to share so many dishes with friends.

Our favorites were the Szechuan dumplings, cucumber salad and Chong Qing spicy Chicken. All of the food was amazing and I’d recommend bringing a couple people so you can share a wide variety!

My favorite cocktail was the Lychee Dream!

We were sat quickly, comfortable seating, it wasn’t too busy. Our server was quick, helpful and kind! I couldn’t ask for anything else!

Like other reviews.. the food is pretty bland. We got the crazy beef, JUN fried rice, sui mai.. my husband got a chicken dish that he barely touched, he said it was awful. I did like the dumplings.. the beef was alright too… but usually I can tell a lot about a place based on their fried rice. Not good. The restaurant is a nicely designed space but it was basically empty for a Saturday evening.

The beef chow fun was delicious, with perfectly seasoned noodles that tasted fresh and tender, well seasoned slices of beef. The Szechuan dumplings in chili oil and xiao long bao were standout dishes full of rich flavor and just the right amount of spice. We highly recommend trying both!

Unfortunately, the spicy Szechuan beef noodle soup was a letdown. While it had plenty of spice, it lacked depth of flavor, and the noodles were too hard for our liking. Overall, a great spot with some must-try dishes, but the noodle soup could use some improvement.

We stopped at JUN for a Friday night dinner and really enjoyed it. We ate the following:

-Pan fried pot stickers—phenomenal, excellent filling

-Egg rolls—below average, would not order again

-Sesame chicken-crispy and tasty, my wife love it

-Spicy chicken—amazing! The garlic and spice flavor mixed in with the crispy chicken was phenomenal. I would order this any day if the week!

We were too full for desserts. The server was friendly and attentive. Jun would be a great for high quality takeout or a casual dinner.
