I came in today. I tried the sliders and onion rings with cheese and bacon!! Plus a bubble drink. Everything was amazing. I couldn’t finish it all, it was enough for 2 people!!

The owner was so friendly and checked in on us many times throughout our visit. It is set up as “fast food” like dining but the food is far from that. The flavors of the food and portions were incredible.Their burgers were bursting in flavor!
Highly recommend if you are in the area!
Bonus points, my daughter said their Boba was hands down the best shes had around here so far!

Normally the woman that hhas been there has always been pleasant. Today, 2-8-26 at lunch time, there was a different woman on. I usually order a chicken sandwich with onion rings instead of fries. I tried ordering that today and was called up to the counter by the woman that was on and was told I needed to go to her register instead of a kiosk because of the substitution and that I needed to pay extra to substitute. That was news to me as they always told me in the past that it was fine and just type it in the comments on the kiosk. She then went on to say that customers like me were costing them a lot of money. That sent a message to me that they don’t appreciate my business so I asked them to cancel my order and I went to another restaurant instead. I have no idea if she’s just an employee, manager, or owner. In the past the other people were always pleasant. Sometimes the chicken is a bit tough but their bang bang sauce is very good. Some of their prices are good and some are very high depending on what you order.

We went during their few first weeks of opening. We were excited that Newport had a new food spot. We ordered our food from the machine. The food seemed overpriced. The service was okay. I hope to see better customer service these days. Everyone seems to be unhappy and their energy kills the vibe. We waited over 45 minutes for our food and one of our items was not as described in the menu. There wasn’t much flavor and it gave us food poisoning the next morning. We haven’t gone since.
