This is the 3rd time service was awful. They are rude & it’s always the customers fault. Apparently they don’t cook after 7pm because they were out of everything. Tonight my husband told them it was the worst service we’ve ever gotten in 20 years. He was told “then you don’t have to come back”. To top it off our order was short of items & chicken was cold. We WILL NOT go back.

Only my second time eating here, why is it restaurants can’t ever be consistent? First time food was excellent this time horrible. Ask for fish platter with corn nuggets and cajun rice. My rice was crunchy and corn nuggets cold and old and fish was room temp. Called back spoke with manager claims rice was a different kind cuz they ran out of the other. Tells me to give name and they will replace the next time I come. First of all you should offer to replace my whole meal, I live 45 mins away what about my time of being inconvenienced? Second of all (A different kind of rice?) The kinda rice doesn’t make a difference as far as texture. Its freakin crunchy , that simply means its NOT done!!! Im so disappointed, just moved to Kaufman and thought I found a good place to eat. Not going back

Negative Stars~Giving up on this place. First time their catfish platter seemed decent. Second trip, we received catfish nuggets, they were so small & shriveled. Third try, was chicken fried steak~ they left off the white gravy?!?! Who sabotages chicken fried steak like that, bad enough they never include a butter pat with the cold roll but to mess up country fried steak is anti southern, definitely not Texas quality. They served a half naked, dried shoe sole. Hard, thin and dry, old grease, crust had fallen off or someone chipped a chunk off. Fries were limp, cold & old grease. Pathetic. Our assistant contacted Julio’s to let them know of the disgraceful chicken fried steak minus the gravy, they didn’t care. Avoid disappointment & tossing money away at this dump.

I am from Kaufman and I do not know how this place is even still open. The place is absolutely nasty inside and wonder how the health department has not shut the place down. Food was absolutely awful and the people working inside could evidently care less about this place or the customers. WILL NEVER EVER Go there again

My go to place for comfort food. Moved out to the Kaufman area about 15 years ago. Not sure when I actually started dropping in here, but it was for the Catfish & of course Chicken. Always moist and the skin is crispy. Drive thru is fast, lots of Hussle. And Okra, it’s addictive. Thanks to the staff for keeping this place going over the years.

Always good I love the chicken and biscuits. Well, I went by Friday it was pretty early 11/8/19 I was volunteering at the school. I thought it was 11:30 so I decided to do something different for my little boy’s lunch so I got chicken but it was 10:30. Well I got it and got back to the school there was no gravy plus it was an hour early. ” Dorn it ” I took it back to the car and let him eat school lunch because it was pizza. I had the Julio’s good but would of been better with gravy

They gave us the wrong meal then try to blame it on us…then accused us of taking a piece of chicken off each plate…then said only gonna give us 3 pieces of fish instead of 4 thst it comes with…Rude service and and even worse when called out on their mistakes..Horrible pa system…No people skills…

I haven’t been in awhile. The chicken used to be great. Not today! It was dry and tasted liked t had been cooked once and then dropped in the oil again to reheat it. The rolls were hard. I wasn’t pleased at all.
