I ordered the 4 piece tender combo and ordered Mac and cheese for side and also ordered a side of cheese pops.
The chicken tenders were average, not seasoned at all. Mac and cheese was bland and the elbow pasta seemed overcooked. The rolls were cold and hard. The cheese pops were pretty good. Those were made to order so it was nice and hot.

When I was ordering the cashier wasn’t too helpful. I asked her where the sides were on the menu and where the sauces were at. This is my first time there and I wouldn’t be asking if I was familiar with their menu board. Also, when I was paying, the whole time she was swiping on her phone.

Also, the tables wasn’t cleaned up. Out of the 5 or so tables there, only 2 were clean to sit at.

Would I come back? No

Haven’t been to a Julios in over 10 yrs, but decided to try this location in the community. The chicken, mash, coleslaw and rolls still good like it was before. The poppers I don’t remember them having a kick but they were good. Fries had just the right amount of seasoning. The one main issue was the fish. I got the 4 PC but looked like 2 cut down the middle to make it a 4 PC. The taste was okay but the texture man I could not tell if I was eating fish or a tender. I won’t try them again, but overall everything else is still good and decent like I had remembered it to be.

They have a advertising poster on the window that states 3 pcs fish and 3 shrimps with fries plus a drink

I sent my son in there for that combo

I get home I have Mac & cheese very highly disappointed I don’t order Mac and cheese no where because messing up Mac and cheese is very disappointing then to taste the food and it doesn’t taste like ABSOLUTELY NOTHING shrimp is alright I think it’s the best thing in the food container. Then they don’t even have a business phone

The customer service was GREAT! The food was lacking flavor. If it was not for the hot sauce, I would have thought I had a symptoms of a cold (no taste). Please, hit the food with a little seasonings (salt, pepper, onion powder).

Every time I got to Julio’s the workers have very bad attitudes, don’t like to do their job, service is the bare minimum. As for the food bead be hard than a brick, fries with no seasoning, tenders are very tiny and don’t have a lot of meat. The tables be dirty and I’ve seen multiple flies around the premises, not to mention I’ve seen flies on top of the food.

I ordered food that needed to be prepared. A server without gloves or hair net prepared my food and left it open while the order part of my order was being prepared. When I told the owner that the employee did not have on gloves, the employee stated, “so what, I am handling the tongs.” I have never been treated so badly. I asked them to redo my food because I did not want food that could be exposed to flies that was obviously flying around.

I’m giving a one star because of my latest incident which has now been over 2 weeks ago. I ordered a 12 piece dark special. The young man at the window took my payment and then after running my card he tells me it will be a 20 minute wait and ask if that’s okay. I replied I guess since you already ran my card. I have no choice.
20 minutes I finally get my chicken and head to the house to feed 6 people. To my surprise there was 11 pieces of chicken. I’m tired, annoyed been out all day but I go back up to the store. They wouldn’t give me the extra piece of chicken because I didn’t bring the box back. I believe her name was Jess who said it’s against policies. I asked them to call Sergio the owner. Jess claims she did and he said the same thing. This situation shows the lack of customer service skills and leadership. If there was a phone number listed for this location I would have called before coming back up there. We already had to wait longer than expected. I get home make my plates for my kids and mom and then when I make mine there is just one piece left. I don’t have to lie. I have throw food away (gizzards) from this place and have never asked for a refund or to replace my food.

I called the location in Terrell who took my complaint and claim Sergio would be calling me back and that never happened.

If you don’t treat your customer well your establishment will not prosper.
