We celebrate our late valentine’s/birthday celebration and it was the perfect place. The service was on point. Very attentive and ever so nice. The food was fresh and so delicious. The presentation of the plates showed the love in the kitchen then when you ate it omg. “Completes to the Chef and his staff ” the drinks were amazing as well. The creations out the bar were amazing. Cheers to the Juliette staff. We will be back.

Wow! This place is absolutely amazing. Incredibly high quality food and cocktails all crafted with locally sourced ingredients. This is our new favorite restaurant in Taos, and we will be back! The food was so good that we ate most of it before even thinking about photos. Pictured here are the beef fat potatoes and the burger…both of which were amazing.

What a beautiful building and an awesome patio to enjoy on a September evening. Unfortunately the rest of my experience didn’t match. The service was inattentive and even hard to track down when needed. My burger was far overcooked (which they did re-do). The fries and aioli were bland as could be. Asking for a condiment took ages. We did get an apology but nothing was comped. A greatly disappointing experience that perhaps caught them on a busy and overwhelming night.

The fries are my favorite. The burgers a go to. The chicken dish is pretty good. The steak had a nice texture and taste, but small luke warm and semi cut up into pieces with the weird sauce that took over. Next time I’d like to order the steak with just fresh chopped green chili. The pecan ice cream is amazing! I would love a frozen wine machine The service is consistent and professional.

I stayed at Hotel Willa last weekend. As part of our booking, we received money to use towards dinner and breakfast at Juliette.
The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful. The dinner service was okay. We got the burger, the fresh cheese and cheese dumplings. The burger came out and after the first couple of bites, it completely fell apart and the bread was soggy. The onions in it were good but unfortunately the burger was overcooked and the chile did not have flavor.
I got breakfast the next morning and the service was not the best. I am not from New Mexico and when I ordered , I asked what the difference was between the red and green chili. The server said, “I do not know. I guess one is red and one is green.” The server did offer for me to order it on the side so I could try both. I was disappointed that they were not able to explain the difference. There was another mix up that was accidental but the server came back to pour water in my glass but accidentally poured it into my coffee.
I hope this feedback can help encourage improvements to the service and food.

The hotel is new I believe. Hotel Willa. They have a desert garden as a view from the porch.

We had dinner here during our stay at the Hotel Willa and it was so good we extended our stay so we could eat here again the next night! Laura, our adorable server was outstanding and provided amazing service with a wonderful attitude, contagious smile and great conversation. The food was fantastic and it was obvious that the ingredients were curated with sense and purpose. Over the two nights we had almost every item on the menu and I would order them all again. The dry aged ribeye was spectacular! We will return back to Taos just to stay and eat here. This should definitely be at the top of your Taos dining list!

juliette was our first step in a fabulous culinary journey this weekend. We ate both lunch and dinner here. Lunch in the bar; quiet and relaxing at this time of day. Dinner on the amazing patio, a completely different vibe, after an event, full of energy and a cool Taos vibe. I would highly recommend the smoked trout with black radishes (pictured), the flavors were incredible. We tried a wide variety of the dishes and you can’t go wrong. The flavors lean towards delicate, highlighting the freshness and in-season nature of the elements that make up each dish. Whether you’re looking for a place to join friends for a cocktail or a more elevated dining experience, juliette is your destination. Kudos to Hotel Willa, for bringing this hotel, bar, and restaurant experience to Taos.

It was a celebration weekend for the other half and I. After a horrifying experience elsewhere, we stopped in for a bit of desert and try to salvage the night.
The wait staff, and the GM a million percent turned it around for us! So much so we made reservations for the next night to have dinner.
Dinner was amazing as well, the food itself was delicious. You can tell it’s seasonal and fresh. Again. The wait staff was attentive, they remembered us and made sure it was a night to remember.
