Sunday night crew is fantastic, guys were great and my cheese steak was amazing. Don’t think I waited more than 5 minutes for it to be ready. They also play great music.

I came in with my 2 young children for lunch. As I was ordering I had let them know that my daughter needed to use the restroom. We ordered, sat and ate. 10 minutes went by and the bathroom was still occupied, come to find out it was an employee. He left for the day, I went to check the bathroom and it was locked again! I told the other employee l, how is this possible as we’ve been waiting. Yet again a second employee had gone in there and took up another 15 minutes went by. I asked the employee again that my daughter needs the bathroom and he told me “I can’t tell him to get out of the bathroom!” So after 40 minutes I had to take my daughter somewhere else. She’s 5! These young men that were working were so unprofessional and couldn’t believe they would take up the only bathroom in the restaurant for that long. Seems very sketchy to me.

The three individuals working there today at 1pm were not only professional but a very well oiled machine. Communication with constructive feedback when error occurred while immediately implementing the correction for future orders. They worked together to get mobile orders and in person orders out immediately. There was no wait. They were awesome and definitely deserve recognition and a raise!

My 1st time in Jersey Mike’s Subs in the Denville location on Rt 10, just before Franklin Rd. It’s in the mall that the Alexis Diner used to be in, but, since pandemic is now an Urgent Care. My husband is a Big Fan of Jersey Mike’s, and often stops by & gets me a mini Turkey & Prov. They make it order, so it’s really fresh. With whole grain rolls too, as well as white bread. Thanks to H. & D. for a really tasty yummy early dinner!!

Not worth the money. I ordered thru Uber Eats. $16.+ Per small sandwich. I ordered extra bacon, only 3 lousy pieces on one sandwich. No flavor in the bacon either. Sheesh. 8. tax and Fee and then you tip 9. For the driver. What a rip off. Not even a pickle for the money. I will only order local from now on. Would have saved myself almost $28, Not including tip for delivery. Shame on you. Yes Uber eats does up charge, but you can always put a limit on it.

Terrible place, some girl who’s name starts with an H which i can’t remember from the name badge was rude and nasty. She wouldn’t listen to my order and when my order was done it was still wrong and then gave me attitude about it because it was wrong. When asked to speak to a manager she told me she was the manager come to find out later that she was not a manager. TERRIBLE PLACE.

I drive out of my way to come here. This is the best Jersey Mike’s Sub shop in Morris County, probably even in all of NJ! Execution of the right ingredients ratio, food is always fresh and everyone is friendly. No matter what the day or time is – all shifts. The manager is a caring person as well and you can see his influence on the team.
