Odered a patty melt meal, none of the coke machines had coke, it literally came out clear. Then on top of that, our service was slow. Roughly 12 people recieved their food before us, even though they ordered after us, half of them had the same order as well, a patty melt combo. Once we mentioned this to the employee, we were given our food quickly, however the fries were old and cold and the patty melt had a hair on it.. ended up throwing it all away. Waste of a money.

There is absolutely nothing organized about this place. Our order got forgotten completely and eventually came out 30 minutes later with a mixture of inedible fries and cold ones. Barely any staff were handling food properly and any sense of urgency was absent along with any BOH and FOH communication.

The service here is worse than McDonald’s. I stood in line for two hours and the food was over salted, cold, and looked nothing like what they had on the menu. Deceiving behavior is unacceptable for any business. A family also cut me in line and I bought it up to the worker who didn’t do anything about it. This reflects extremely poorly on kings island. I wish I wouldn’t have come here at all.

Haha, “quick service”. It’s MEANT to be a quick service, but definitely not. We ordered a regular hamburger, and chicken sandwich, and it literally took 1 hour to get it. One person said they had waited almost 2 hours. And to top that, my sandwich was disgusting. There was nothing on it, and it was so dry it cut my throat. The hamburger was so rubbery it wasn’t funny. 2 sandwiches for 27 dollars. SKIP this place. It is not worth the wait.

Unpleasantly surprised that the shakes are as small as they are (think 1/2 of McDonald’s size) and that all of the burgers are doubles. The prices were also astronomical. The same budget at any suburban diner/burger joint in the area would net twice as much food.

Difficult to get your food and order, the line and system is so messy, impractical, and chaotic. Service was rude. Workers acted like they didn’t care. I didn’t get my food. They simply didn’t give it to me. I ordered from this stupid, HORRIBLE “restaurant”, and they just forgot to make my food. I had to ask them multiple times to make it, but turns out it was just sitting there and the idiotic, sorry, very intelligent workers forgot to call it out. Very disappointing. And the food was barely mediocre. Burgers were hard and burnt, chicken tenders were nasty. Shakes were just melted soft serve. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere else, it’s worth it, I promise you.

My food got lost. Got a “Complimentary Drink”. They left my food sitting in the kitchen. When I actually got it, it was cold. Even then, it was mediocre at best. The “shakes” were just melted soft serve in a cup. And, the jukebox was a scam!! You couldn’t see what song you were even picking until you picked it. Shame

Don’t like this place, food is cold and not good. It’s so unorganized with putting your food in on the kiosk and then waiting for your number to be called. My kids got there food way before me, so we didn’t get to eat together.
