This place has pretty great food! Got a double cheeseburger with bacon and the quality of the bacon was top notch. You got two strips that are long and thick and taste great. Also get a nice thick patty that is substantial. Honestly will only get a single next time because the patties are so big. Also had nice fresh toppings and when you ask for pickles you get a lot, not two measly little pickles like some places. Onion rings are decent too. Nothing to rave about, but will satisfy the onion ring craving.
Be warned about the price, it is not cheap. But that’s not necessarily a bad thing. You get what you pay for and the quality here is great. Also, we went there on a hot summer day and it seemed like the AC was not working. We were pretty sweaty by the time we left, so taking your food to go in the summer may be a wise choice.

As soon as I stepped 1 foot in he told me to read the sign which I haven’t because I wasn’t looking down at the GROUND window. Which said no outside food or drinks and I had a water bottle because I was next door getting my windows tinted. He strongly and rudely said NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS which I’d be fine not bringing it in but the way he approached me and didn’t even walk in all the way I decided to leave and not eat there. Idk what is wrong with this guy but he needs a new job. Customer service is not a place for him!!!!

I got the double Cheeseburger with bacon grilled onions and Hooker fries which is garlic and cheese topped. Which was amazing . Definitely want a hearty lunch check Juicys out. The gentleman helping me was very kind as well.

To the owner or manager whichever you were that let yourself into Juicys, I’m the Senior Citizen that was behind you today at a green light that you didn’t see because of your phone or whatever reason..Me and the 5 cars behind you at this green light we honked you felt it necessary to give a 1 finger wave, when I saw you pull into your store I was hoping that you treat your employees better than me and your customers!!! I prayed for you.. There’s to much ugly in the world for you to be so mean.

I don’t usually care if customer service is friendly, just as long as it isn’t rude — but the owner/cook here was shockingly disrespectful. My 86-year-old grandmother tried to use the restroom, and he refused because we came from the thrift store next door. I even offered to buy something, but he still said no since we “didn’t come in to eat.” We left as he kept muttering under his breath.
I love the Juicy’s in Reno, but this location is giving the name a bad reputation. It’s a shame, because so many people thrift in groups and would make great regular customers if they were treated with even a little kindness.

I feel like I joined a community of people who have been slighted by the disrespectful old man behind the counter.
My little sister and I walked in at 9:47 AM and noted how empty the establishment was. We walked over and was “greeted,” I let the man know we will be a minute as we were waiting on a friend’s order.
We were not asked for drinks or told we can sit down. He just disappeared to the side. At 9:52 he bursts over and with an appaling tone stated, “are you ordering or *not*?!”
Shocked, I responded “im just waiting for another order, but we can leave if its an inconvenience.” However that was the wrong call, because I didnt understand he was just asking me a simple question. I did end up understanding due to him stating that over and over while increasing his volume and rude tone to the point he was yelling.
I learned a couple new curse words as I was walking out of the door.

Just reading some of the other comments I feel like we all have had the exact same experience with the cook. Dude was rude right out the gate and seemed exacerbated by everything. I even tried to lighten the mood by asking how his day was going and he immediately had an attitude. If you don’t wanna work/own this place, time to do something else partner.

Food is really good as usual, the cook is a blast and atmosphere is reminiscent of my childhood restaurants of the late 90s early 2000s. Anybody in the area needs to give this place a try show them overwhelming support!

An awesome carnivore experience. I have a new favorite restaurant. Real beef, tomatoes on the burgers, real bacon for bacon burgers, onions in the onion rings, not bits! Oh and not to forget, strawberries in the shake. The taste was delicious! Oh and flame grilled burgers, perfect!

I didn’t know you could still get a burger this good. This was the best damn burger I’ve ever had. The guy behind the counter needs to work on his people skills, but I eat a lot of burgers. I will be back.
