Enjoyed a nice dinner & lunch on two different occasions. A little slower in service because under staff but very friendly individuals working there. This is a big place so it may look like there’s no one there. Seafood prices are a little too high in my book. Lunch special is a must! Pho is not bad. I would definitely go back for the pho.

We stopped by Juicy Shrimp Shack last Sunday afternoon for a late lunch. For a Sunday afternoon, we were a bit surprised with how quiet it was. There was only two other tables while we dined there. 15 minutes after placing our order for fresh crawfish with house special sauce, we learned that the restaurant was out of fresh crawfish and was offered frozen crawfish for the same price. It took about 30 minutes after we agreed to go with frozen crawfish to get our order, so be prepare for a slow service even if the place is empty.

My boyfriend’s siblings and I went here a couple wks back for dinner and we really enjoyed our time and service here. We happen to the only customers up until we were about done eating and was going to leave. Our waiter was nice kind and honest in what flavors were best with what. The portion was good too. There was about 5 adults and 2 children, and we barely finished these three bags. I dont recall the lbs but I know it wasnt much. I’m guess it was 3lbs each. I ate mainly the shrimps so I cant say too much about the crabs and mussels but those who ate it, did say it was good. The food was served hot, and full of flavors. 🙂

Love this place! We can get just seafood and a lot of it. We ordered the snow crab, shrimp, black muscles, lobster, oysters, and pho. All the food was great and the service was great as well. We will be going back soon.

Seems like the seafood wasn’t fresh but frozen instead which was a downfall for a seafood place. The house sauce was good but it is sweeter and not really your Cajun kind of style. It was really empty when we went around lunch, only 2 other tables being served. Our server was great at refilling our waters, but our order didn’t come out correctly. We ordered Cajun fries, but it came out as just regular fries. We mentioned it to the server, she brought it back to fix it but it seems like they just poured the spice right on top of the fries. Very disappointed. We also ordered a dozen sausages but only got half and was charged for the dozen price. We didn’t notice until we left , and we weren’t going to go back just for a $2 refund. We kind of expected better service though, since it was slow. But overall we did enjoy at least most of our food.

We were there the other day and although the food was good, they had poor service. We’ve been to the old one in Wisconsin so we were really excited that they were opening one up here. We ended up waiting about 30-40 minutes before someone came to take our order. Most of our food came out pretty quick but they forgot our drinks and rice. When we told the waitress, she gave us a little attitude and seemed annoyed that we asked her to bring out the rest of our order. I had placed a togo order and the waitress gave it to me when our food came out too. I had to ask her to put it back into the kitchen since I didn’t want the food to get cold. I had ordered the mussels and paid extra for two corn, two potatoes, and 1/2 dozen sausage. When I brought it home to my husband, I only got two corn, one potato and no sausages. When the bill came, we were charged twice for the service fee. We pointed it out to the waitress and she took one fee off but then was very adamant that the service fee was not a tip so we ended up giving her a tip. After reading a bit more about the restaurant service fee, we realized that the service charge WAS her tip and with the extra amount that we had given her, she received a 43% tip. Although I love their food, this is probably the last time I’ll be going there. The service we received every time we went to the one in WI was phenomenal. Too bad we didn’t receive the same kind of service here.

The place isnt busy because they just opened but its very clean and not loud. Very nice atmosphere and very nice staff. It was our first time here and the waitress explained the menu in detail and did some great recommendations. The food was amazing and the house sauce was very good. The amount of food you get is very generous. We will be back very soon.

Went on Pres. day. Ordered 2 mixed seafood bags & 2lbs of snow crabs. Did not get our crabs. Waitress said she did see an order of crabs from the kitchen. Really? You took our order. I guess we saved $48. Good food but not going back for poor service. Only 2 other groups there.
