This was my second time here and this experience was just as pleasant as the first one. I found the staff to be quite polite and the service was efficient.
Both times I got some vegan patties with coco bread. The crust is truly vegan, so it is not flaky but crispy and the spinach filling was well seasoned and perfectly proportioned. I enjoyed every bite and will be back soon!

Really disappointed with my visit to Juici Patties this time. The patties were burnt — not just slightly overcooked, but clearly left in too long. The crust was hard and bitter, and the filling tasted off. Honestly, they should’ve never served them like that.
It feels like there was zero quality control. This isn’t what I expect from Juici, especially when people come for something quick and reliable. Definitely not worth the money. Do better.

The patties are always amazing. The service is always top tier. My only issue is how long I had to wait for the special patty with bacon, egg, cheese and avocado. The egg wasn’t freshly cooked. It’s a frozen egg patty. Otherwise the patty was delicious

I’ve gone here twice now and it’s pretty nice. The restaurant is clean and ordering never takes more than 5 minutes. The only reason I’m giving a 4 star review is because if you go during a rush or don’t order ahead, they tend to run out of chicken patties and the wait for the next batch can take about 10 minutes or so. Other than that, great place with great patties, juice, and coco bread!

Juici Patties is an absolute gem—especially for anyone craving authentic Jamaican patties straight from the island! I’ve heard of people traveling to Jamaica just to bring these back, so having them right here is amazing. The service was great, the place was clean and welcoming, and the staff were super friendly. Plus, the location is perfect—right in the middle of everything!
I loved their drink options, from soft serve to fresh juices like mango, pineapple, passion fruit, and dragon fruit. The patty meals are also a great deal, letting you pair your patty with cocoa bread, fries, and a drink.
My only small gripe? The patty prices feel a little steep compared to other Caribbean spots where you can grab one for $2-$4. Also, for travelers, it would be amazing if they sold frozen patties to-go instead of making people buy a dozen fresh ones and freeze them later—that extra step can affect the quality.
But overall? Fantastic spot! If you want that real Jamaican patty experience without the flight, this is the place. Just hoping they adjust those prices (or at least offer frozen packs) in the future! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The service I received was extremely disappointing. The employee Angie who assisted me was extremely rude, condescending, and lacked basic customer service skills. Her attitude was unprofessional and made the interaction very uncomfortable. Respect and basic courtesy should be the standard when interacting with customers. Her tone and demeanor were unwelcoming, and it felt as though my presence was an inconvenience rather than that of a valued customer. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I do not feel comfortable returning to your establishment. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that it can be addressed so that other customers do not have a similar experience.
