do not come here if you have alergies to any certain icecreams. they never clean the table they use to mix the ice cream, when i came here it was covered in old icecream to the point you couldnt see the table beneath. disgusting. i ordered a plain vanilla and the mixed it on the dirty table so i ended up getting a vanilla ice cream with lots of other old flavors mixed in from the table. luckily i am not allergic to anything here but if you are dont come because you might get a different ice cream mixed into yours because of the dirty table!!

We visited on a Monday evening, so it wasn’t very busy. The service was excellent and the ice cream was even better. I got the love it size with a dipped waffle bowl upgrade. Lots of options for ice cream flavors and mix-ins to satisfy anyone’s ice cream preferences!

We bought an ice cream cake and this is what we got. It’s uneven and there is barely any ice cream on one side. Look how uneven this looks. I believe that they make these cakes in store and the worker has no idea how to make this. Do not buy ice cream cake here! There are barely Oreos in the ice cream too.

Ice cream wasn’t even mixed. All ingredients were on the bottom and gave me vanilla instead of sweet cream. Need the old workers to come back, or teach the new people how to do their job.

Employees always look grumpy and give small portions. Ordered two love it sizes with add ins. could easily fit one of them in the smallest size . Ordered two ice cream flavors mixed with cookie dough, the flavors were hardly mixed at all and the cookie dough was whole. Spoon given to me was already dirty. Would’ve asked asked for a new spoon and more ice cream but didnt notice until we got home.

I’ve always enjoyed Cold Stone, but NEVER order pickup unless you’re ordering a medium or large. Their smallest ice cream will not last the drive home, and if it was the first item on the order, it will be made first and not refrigerated while the others are made. Terrible experience for overpriced ice cream.

I get cornerstone all the time I usually go to the store 3461 river rapids in I’m so mad I didn’t this store was so rude to me my bowl cone broke because how melted the ice cream was the guy charged me $9 in i usually pay $7 in I got the same exact thing I usually do he said because you got extra toppings I didn’t get extra topping I will never ever come to this one just because I’m close by I will drive to the other location for now on. $9??? For melted ice cream when I sat back in my car not even a min from getting the ice cream it broke the 1st picture is what they gave me at this store the second picture is what I get from the other store that’s how much I spend at cold stone just to get some trash ice cream I’m so upset. They didn’t look like they wanted to work anyways so I shouldn’t be surprised.
