Very disappointed, come here are least twice a week and this time, it seemed like they may have gave my order out, My bowl that I spent 11 dollars on had no smoothie in it almost like they gave me leftovers.

My husband had a credit here from an order mishap last week. This experience was completely different. The young man working today (1:45/50P) greeted my husband as soon as he entered the store, made our Protein Acai smoothies perfect. One whey / one plant based – they were clearly labeled too. Also told him to have a great day.
The drinks were perfect.

I definitely didn’t take due time to study the menu before I ordered but I probably would have tried something else with my choices. They weren’t bad just weren’t great. I’d slide this on the level of booster juice where it’s better than fast food but not quite a health joint.

Very disappointed. Used to be my favorite location.. not anymore last two times I have ordered here they have messed up my order and drinks are always wrong.. nasty .. dont you follow a recipe book !? So everyone makes them the same! This is supposed to be lucky lemon punch.. not even close

Ordered 2 bowls and 1 smoothie. The bowls were not made correctly. After reaching the store manager, Jacob, he fixed the problem above and beyond what would have typically been offered. He was EXTREMELY COURTEOUS and understanding. He was very concerned that I had a poor experience in that one visit. (I have never had an unhappy visit before.) Jacob made sure my visit was refunded and I could come again, on them, for another time. Our communications were great. I would not change a thing!
One can visit this location with confidence, knowing that the team is most focused on the customer having a great experience!
The store manager is FANTASTIC.
The location is clean.

I ordered a Strawberry Wave in a large bowl and asked for almonds as a topping, and whenever I go to the Juice It Up in Victorville, they layer the bottom with almonds and the top, but I suppose there is a inconsistency between them and here because they said it would be extra. I guess they are all franchises, but just a heads up.

This place is very fast when making drinks. I ordered and was watching Tglc video which is only 2 minutes long and they were done making my drink a few minutes after I finished watching the video. So I would recommend coming here. It’s not too loud depending on what day you go cause I don’t know. But this is a great place it surrounds by a lot of things the park, etc.

A company’s top priority should always be the safety of their employees, right? Well, that’s not the case here. They allow their young female employees to be in the store by themselves. I’ve been in there and witnessed a young lady who had to deal with a total creep by herself.
The reason your store runs, is because of your employees, so their safety should be a priority! I bet you would make your own family a priority, right? These young ladies have no business being alone, PERIOD. I’m trying to find corporates number. I have a feeling that this is franchise so I think I’ll look into osha laws. DO BETTER!!! Make your employees safety a priority!
