My girlfriend and I arrived at 7:55 online it says the store closes at 8pm. We arrived the open light was on, but the door was locked. We drove out of our way because it said the store would still be open. Its terrible customer service to close your doors before your closing time. And to have the open light on makes it even worse. I am not happy having to come over here just to be locked out. Looks like jamba juice earned another custome.

I came in today (3/13/24) there was 5 people ahead of me I order my smoothie waited I was on call so I didn’t pay attention of the time after I clicked I looked at the time 30 mins had passed waiting for 1 drink.. and mind you there was still 2 people ahead of me. Me and another customer wanted our refund back the manager on the phone still asked why!! Really why no you tell me why you leave a new associate by herself in the store. I was not rude what so ever I just wanted my refund and get out.. she still have a lot of more people in the store waiting for their orders.. the associate was doing her best.. management you should do better!!

This location is super clean & workers were super nice. The only thing is, the workers have super long nails—acrylics. As someone who works in the food industry that is a HUGE NO when doing your food handlers due to cross contamination and what can be under the nails such as bacteria.
Workers should not be having fake or long nails when working in the food/drink industry.
