I just walked into the place and found 3 Hispanic girls with their feet propped up, staring into their phones. One stood up behind the counter, but continued to text on her phone. I wish this was the first time. But usually when I leave church, the only time I am in the area, I stop by for a green smoothie. It has been about 4 times. Never has anyone ever washed their hands after handling their phone first. Today, I just left. Poor hygiene and worst customer service are why I give this place 1 star.

Terrible experience at this location. The young man working at the counter showed zero customer service. I asked him which smoothie he would recommend out of a few options, and instead of helping or offering any guidance, he simply said he didn’t like those options and basically ignored my question.
When customers ask for recommendations, it’s an opportunity to engage and represent the brand well. Unfortunately, there was no effort, no professionalism, and no regard for customer experience. Definitely not the level of service you would expect from a place that relies on repeat customers.

I love this place! I just discovered it. Everything that I have gotten is so fresh and delicious. There are great meal replacements with a large variety to choose from. I definitely will be coming back!

Unfortunately I have to give one star solely based on customer service. The two young ladies that work there are very unprofessional and seem to have no interest in answering questions. This was my second time coming this week and the same thing. Smoothies here are good and I used to come for beet juice but sad to say I will not be returning. Raw life down the street will get my business. Customer service is everything in my opinion.

Clean shop with very friendly staff! Loved seeing the manager right up there working hard with his staff and personally training the new hire, Morgan! It was our first time to visit and Jesus was able to offer me great recommendations! My drink was made quickly and was delicious! Highly recommended a visit! Cute decor and great vibe inside!

I’ve visited this place maybe 3x. It’s located in a shopping complex so there’s plenty of parking but not always right up front by the entrance. I ordered the açaí berry smoothie bowl. My total was $11. It’s really good, the fruit is fresh and the granola is crunchy. Most people get their juice, smoothies or bowls to go but there is seating if you decide to dine in.
