The pancakes truly are pretty good. The skillets are okay, but I really enjoyed it the pancakes!
It’s really busy in the restaurant, so there’s almost always a wait time. But, once you get in, the service is great. Judy herself comes and interacts with everyone and the servers are very kind.
The vibes around the restaurant are also fun. There’s Judy merch everywhere and the mugs are custom and very cute.
Worth visiting at least once!

We took a 5 hour trip to try Judy’s because of her awesome marketing skills on social media! She is the best! Judy was there & so sweet! She even got a photo with us! Food was excellent & tasted so good. I had the French toast & then 2 of the others got pancakes & a breakfast burger. Food was good and service was excellent!

Cute lil spot with a variety of options. Had to check this spot out after seeing so many videos of Judy online. The restaurant is small and you can expect a wait. We were sat ~15 minutes after arriving. Plenty of options including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I had the Judy’s Skillet and pancakes. Both were great, pancakes were light and fluffy. Would go back for lunch!

I almost always order the ramen and dumplings here, as they are phenomenal, but I do occasionally try other dishes and everything has been fantastic. This time I ordered the shrimp stir fry and it was perfect! A little on the smaller side for portion but I chalked it up to being a lunch size. Will definitely order it again when I’m not wanting soup! Service was great, as usual!

Worth the almost hour drive!!! Absolutely Fantastic Experience at Judy’s Café in Galesburg, IL!
We walked in and were seated right away — the café is clean, cozy, and clearly well cared for. The bright, cheerful color scheme makes it such a welcoming place to enjoy a meal. The menu is impressively large, so there’s truly something for everyone at this charming hometown spot!
My wife and I had a tough time deciding between breakfast and lunch, but we couldn’t resist the pancakes. We started with the pork egg rolls (only ordered two — big mistake because they were that good!). We easily could’ve eaten four!
For breakfast, my wife had the Cowboy Omelette and I went with the QC Omelette and pancakes. OMG — the food was incredible! The pancakes were hands down the best we’ve ever had anywhere in the country — and we’ve had a lot of pancakes! You can literally eat them without syrup. When Judy says she has the best pancakes, she means it — she really does!
The service was just as excellent. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. Judy herself made the rounds, refilling coffee and chatting with every table — you can tell she truly cares about her customers.
Five-star food, five-star service, and five-star atmosphere. Don’t miss this gem! Stop by, show Judy some love, and grab some merch while you’re there — this place is the real deal!

We loved seeing Judy’s videos so much that we decided we had to go; 19 hours from Florida Pancakes were delicious!! Waffle was delicious!! Hash browns were amazing!! We will be hitting the Kitchen for dinner tonight!! Can’t wait to try that fried rice

She really does serve the best pancakes. The berry medley pancakes were so delightful, it was hard to stop eating. Judy recommended the Judy’s Skillet, with jalapeño and gravy added. Wow, next level. I would order this again without a thought.

The breakfast food was awesome and the customer service was spot on. The facility is very nice and lots of decorative items. There is outside seating and very limited parking. The men’s bathroom was not too bad but could use some work. But the food was worth it but for the prices I figured it would have been a bigger serving.

1st visit. Had the day off and seen her Facebook videos so we had to try. Drove an hour to try. The food was good. Pancakes were sweet. I will try them next time. I sampled one on another plate. American Asian food. We liked everything we tried. Large variety off food offered.
