Great example of a “fast-casual” restaurant—this isn’t fast food, these are ceramic plates and utensils, but you order at the counter, it’s not expensive, and no one’s prompting you to tip! So it’s the burger equivalent of a Chipotle, Panera, Panda Express, Raising Caine’s, or Jersey Mike’s; and that’s a welcome thing to have and support in this town.
