Went at about 11:30, waited about 20 minutes for my one combo meal. Had to ask for new fries because they felt and tasted about 30 minutes old or longer, got a big sigh and eye roll about that. The manager behind the counter could be heard barking orders quite rudely to the other 3 employees that were there and overall food taste just wasn’t worth the money or time. This is was my first time at this location and about 2 years since I last visited Hardees in general.

This is the worse fast food in Rogersville. We were the only car in the drive thru for 15 min before we asked for a refund. They didn’t have our food done and in the process of waiting one of the workers came to the window and asked if we were waiting on our food. We did get our refund and decided not to go back, this is not the first time we’ve had poor service at this place. The staff doesn’t seem professional nor do they care if their work or food is good quality. In my opinion they need better management.

Food was cold. Fries were missing from our order and the one fry they did give us was halfway empty anyway. I didn’t even finish my burger. The onion ring was hard and dry and they had put so much condiments on it the bun was soggy. I went to go do the survey and conveniently the website locked me out and wouldn’t allow me to. I will never go back to this place again.

Very very very slow service (like 20 + minutes) and it wasn’t busy. One other customer and around 4pm on a Thursday…. food was terrible. Ordered garlic toast burgers. Garlic bread not grilled and soaked in garlic butter. And then there was the garlic and cheese fries…. almost frozen shredded cheese which wouldn’t stay on a fry when eating. They did have good unsweetened tea. Thanks for the tea.

My wife ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, and even though we were the only people there other than one couple, it took 25 minutes. I understand that chicken can take a while, but they didn’t inform her. After that wait, they gave her a grilled chicken. They seemed extremely lazy.

I love the food don’t get me wrong, but I have had several occurrences here where I was treated rudely or like I was an inconvenience to someone for asking them to do what they are being payed to do. Otherwise it is a clean environment with a rather highly priced gas station connected to it. O and I can’t forget to add that they do make an excellent Malt if you are looking for a cold treat in this town.

Stop by last Thursday (11-15-18) was the worse experience I had and would have given them a minus zero. Came through the drive through placed my order, pulled up to the window paid for my 2 meals, sat there 10 minutes and nothing so honk the horn young boy came back to the window I ask what the hold up was (I was the only one in the drive through) he said let me check, he came back to the window said the cooks forgot to make my 2 orders. I will be honest I was livid. So after of total of 15 minutes of waiting I got my order – very upset & disappointed, my ham was cold and my 2 slices of American cheese was not even melted was cold fresh right out of the fridge laying on top of the cold ham. The young boy said I gave you a cookie for the cooks forgetting to make your meals. I smiled said Thanks and drove off…..
So Today after another 2hr drive I thought let me give it another try. I ordered the exact same 2 meals and the young lady that took my order was very polite and older short hair lady informed me it would be a bit she was making fresh fries for me. I want to say THANKS to the two ladies who took pride in their jobs and got my order correct and informed me of a slight delay. I was VERY PLEASED with the two employees and their customer service today!!!

Absolutely disgusted by the service I waited in line for 30 minutes in the drive thru, only 3 people in front of me, to be disappointed in customer service. She came to the window monotone voice practically rolled her eyes when we asked to speak with a manager because of the wait time. We finally got our food… 1/2 our order we ordered 2 sandwiches, a kids meal and a milkshake. All we got where the sandwiches. We asked about the rest for our daughters drink and our milkshake told to have a nice day again and said uhh kids meal? It took 10 minutes at the window and 30 minutes waiting in line. On top of it all the teenage girl working the window wasn’t doing her job. She was flirting with a co worker, giggling and playing wandering around ect. I don’t typically mind that stuff unless I’m not proper service.

The staff is nice, but unorganized. There was a young man that realized a problem had occurred with my order and tried to fix the problem. His supervisor didn’t know what she was doing or didn’t care. Very disorganized. Speed is not the best policy, If the order is NOT CORRECT.

Always love this place. Great food even though I did order the $5 ham and cheese box and ended up getting roast beef. Why??? Because someone paid it forward (which in my book is silly because you are actually paying for the next person behind you in line, not forward but I get it you’re trying to keep it going forward) and guess what no one was behind me. Free food kinda. Up the road I paid it forward at the gas pump seeing a younger couple only putting 5 dollars worth of gas in the car. Talked them into filling it up for free. I don’t think they understood to well cause the guy argued with me a first. Finally catching on after the clerk explained he didnt owe anything and then yelling thanks as I was in the road leaving. Lol
I know it’s “pay it forward” but story is past tense so… more people who have a good chunk of cash shouldn’t be so greedy and try this out once in a while
