To be honest, I crave this place. Specifically, their Oreo shake. The burgers are great, too. They make it fresh when you order. The last time I went, I only waited about 10 minutes to get my order (two cheeseburgers, Oreo shake, and one order of fries). Luckily, they weren’t as busy as normal. This place isn’t one of those fancy burger joints. Don’t expect above and beyond service or a well polished dining experience. The food is great, that’s what makes me keep coming back. I’ve only ever had the cheeseburgers, fries, and Oreo shake. My family has had other menu items and they’ve loved them. My takeaway is that their shakes are worth the visit.
Typical diner vibes. Parking has never been an issue. Prices are affordable. Don’t disregard them because of location or less than the best customer service.

I had their “Double” burger meal. There was nothing wrong with the burger… The whole place feels like an In-n-Out burger and that’s what I was expecting out of my experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Definitely a mom-n-pop vibe. Also, their burger comes standard with their “fry” or thousand Island-type sauce. You have to ask for k/m if you want it, which they happily provided in to-go ramikens, on the side.

As of last year, Jubilee burger also had a food truck type trailer in the Parkland area.

All in all, a good experience with good food, but if you’re from California and you’re expecting In-n-Out, best give this place a grain of salt or make the trip to Ridgefield, WA next month when In-n-Out opens there.

Asked for a kids meal because I don’t eat that much. The manager said and I quote your an adult you can’t order that. That’s for kids your an adult. What the hell does my age have to do with what the portion I eat. Had no idea there’s a policy on adults not buying kids food for themselves. Cody the manager said it to me in a I hate my job tone. Not being funny that guy needs to be canned. Asap

This was my first time in with a couple classmates today and wanted a snack, so I ordered a small vanilla shake and a fry. The cashier was quite rude, refused to really speak to me or acknowledge that I was there; even after saying please and thank you. When working with the people, and being the first face of the restaurant, it’s really important that you try to be friendly, I mean you chose the customer service job. The older lady that gave me my fries however was very sweet and polite, and I saw her cleaning the whole time I was there. Unfortunately I will not be coming back due to the quality of the shake and the service from the cashier.

Person texting while taking my order. No eye contact. Cold bun and wilted lettuce on smitty burger. Dirty floors. Black dirt at base of white beams. Poor customer service. I miss the old Jubilee that was sqeeky clean, excellent customer service, and fresh and delicious food. To say its gone down hill is an understatement. I won’t be back.

I grew up eating Jubilee Burgers in the 90s as we lived in the apartments across the street. The food was always delicious and the owner, John, was so kind to my mom and me. I am happy that it’s back so I can share the burgers with my family – who also love them. The food is still delicious and the prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere does leave something to be desired and doesn’t feel as welcoming, but we come for the food and eat in our car or take it home.

The inside of this place can definitely use some TLC, it has so much potential to be the cutest vintage diner on 38th. The food is greasy, but it’s good if that’s what you’re into on a good night. My order always comes back scrambled, but it’s always in good spirits. My kiddos love coming here, and their shakes are always nostalgic. ✅

I couldn’t decide if to give them a 4 or 5 star.

The customer service was okay. The food quality was good. The burgers tasted similar to in and out. They have this amazing sauce that they give you as a side.
My absolute Favorite was the cookies & cream milk shake!!!

The restaurant was a little cluttered with things but I think they attempted to keep it clean.

The double was one of the top burgers I have had in a long time. Better the Frisco freeze. What would make it 110% is if it was shredded lettuce instead of whole.
The fries are one of if not the best Fry’s I’ve ever had. Completely crispy and season just perfectly.
Peanut butter milkshake. It’s made with real peanut butter and it was also one of the better shakes I have had in a while. We will definitely be going back one day.
