Late night stop for a meal, service was prompt, food was great, waitress was a little distracted with other young kids in the Booth next to ours, sitting with them and chatting while my drink sat empty. Our food arrived hot and delicious after which our waitress was more attentive and checked on us a couple of times very friendly and knowledgeable of their dishes offered overall a good experience

0 stars coming to this particular Chilli’s service wasn’t bad but not its best. I’ve been eating at Chilli’s for quite some time now and normally always get the kids meal pasta with a house salad. Received my pasta just like this and it makes me wonder, are the cooks really that lazy and rushing orders to be out fast without proper decorum of food. Chicken is dry and so is the pasta. There as little to no sauce on it and I politely asked the manager to remake it, he says that that’s how it should look but I disagree because the Chilli’s in Lancaster, Texas have never gave me a dried up pasta that looks thrown together. Please do better at serving food that looks appealing and appetizing and not anything that a dog would eat. Thanks

Average chili’s experience. The booth seat was broken and I sat extremely low. The food was good but nothing to write home about. The staff was courteous and took very good care of us though.

Went in for dinner and had an old-timer burger with fries. That is my go to at Chili’s. The service was outstanding, and the waitress was great. Didn’t even have to ask her for a refill on sweet tea. When I was thinking about it, there she was with a new glass of tea. The place was pretty busy, but everything was done in a timely manner. They had tvs all over the place with different games on. The bar was packed with patrons. I will go back to this place for sure.

One of the better Chili’s I have been too. Staying the night nearby and my family wanted Chilli’s. Ended up getting the sirloin which was really tender and well seasoned. Definitely a great meal. Family enjoyed their food as well. Service was fantastic even though they were slammed. All an all, 5 stars!

None of us loved our food. It was just alright. My daughter got the kids pizza but thought it tasted weird so shared her brother’s burger. I got the Nashville chicken tenders. The sauce was a really weird consistency and flavor so I only ate 1 and a few fries. It was very greasy. The husband said he steak was just okay. He didnt finish it.

I went on my birthday the 23 of December . It was very cold in the restaurant , maybe the heater was out . The service was good, not a lot of workers working . I went at a time where it wasn’t busy about 3 . I wasn’t impressed . The food got cold fast and I was freezing the whole meal . Plus my Santa’s secret got me sick from all the tequila ( I not a drinker ) it mostly was tequila and not mixed well . I did love my food it was tasty . I got chicken and shrimp fajitas . The food came out quickly and my waiter was super nice . I didn’t get a free dessert for my birthday kinda sad about that part ! .

Thank you employees who helped us on Monday when fell on ice. Without your help, I don’t know how we would have done. We always stop for the great food and service when we are through Corcicana. And, the help was far above even that.

I ordered take out which gives you a great view of what’s going on on the kitchen. I stood there waiting on someone to notice me and bring my take out order but two p employees were too busy standing in the kitchen playing on their phones. Maybe that’s why my street corn was burned.
