This restaurant was originally on Milliken Ave. in Ontario off the 60 freeway for many years. Since they moved to Upland it’s still good. If you’re looking for a Mexican Restaurant you should go here. ❤️

I had the shredded beef burrito and added guacamole. It was delicious and juicy. Well balanced with a good amount of meat. Their medium salsa from the salsa bar added a creamy well balanced kick. Will def be coming back to try their asada and el pastor! Service was also friendly!

How do I even start.. I ordered two CRISPY chicken tacos. When the two chicken tacos arrived they were not crispy, they were street tacos ( a $3 price difference). Decided to not complain and just eat the chicken tacos as they came, and then discovered a piece of plastic (eerily similar to a fingernail) was lodged in my chicken taco (which was already incorrect food). I brought it up and asked for a CRISPY chicken taco to replace the one that had plastic lodged in it. They obliged, or so I thought. They came out and brought me a crispy taco but lo and behold this one was a beef taco. They then brought another chicken street taco. After 3 tries I never got my chicken crispy tacos and will simply remember this place as the place that left a piece of plastic lodged in my incorrect taco.

The rice was perfectly seasoned, and the chips were endless with the self-serve salsa bar (which we loved). The outdoor seating area is comfortable and inviting, and the whole team was super accommodating. A special shout-out to Samantha, who was an absolute breath of fresh air—friendly, upbeat, and on top of everything. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and portions. Juanchos Mexican Grill has an excellent atmosphere, great service, and delicious food. We’ll definitely be back!

The experience here is quite ordinary. I ordered two basic street tacos to go, and they took an absurd 30 minutes to prepare, which is unacceptable. I appreciate their effort, but the food was delicious.
However, for only two tacos, I wouldn’t expect to wait that long. To make matters worse, the kitchen workers were just messing around and yelling for no apparent reason, even though it wasn’t a busy day.

Eternal Evolution
So, I ordered 2 fish tacos, 1 shrimp taco, 1 Carne Asada Taco, beans & chips. When I returned home, my Carne Asada taco I ordered was not in the bag. They actually sat on the phone to dispute me over 1 taco, after spending $33! They said that “they know it was in my bag” after I assured them it was not. They couldn’t refund me & said “well the only thing I can do is give you another taco. Now, after I’ve politely told them it wasn’t in the bag, why did this need to turn into a back & forth dispute? And what kind of person would lie about 1 funky taco?! I politely told them to keep the $3 taco as a tip! Because let’s be for real, I now don’t want the taco that you may contaminate & make me sick! When you can’t trust judgment from a person arguing with you, you definitely can’t trust food anymore. Furthermore, your food is just OK, no one is having dreams or cravings about your Mexican food! Needless to say, I won’t be back…
