This is the second time I had a problem with this establishment. The first time I came they forgot to put all my food that I paid for in the bag and when I called to inform the restaurant about the mistake the manager wanted to argue with me about forgetting to give me all my food. Only reason I gave them a second chance is because the manager eventually apologized for his mistake. Fast forward to today, they forgot to give me my chicken tacos good thing I checked the bag before I left I was able to tell them about the missing. Tacos . I was also charged extra for sour cream and didn’t receive any. Once I made it home my daughter opened up her chicken tacos and it looked and smelled horrible. The tortilla was falling apart so I tried to give her one we had at home and she still didn’t want the food.
I would not recommended this restaurant nor will I be returning.

Had a great experience at Juanjo’s Tacos! My friend and I ordered two gordita combo meals, and the food was really good—great taste and well-prepared. The service was excellent; the lady taking care of us was super helpful, constantly checking in to make sure we were good and refilling our water without us having to ask. The staff here is always friendly and polite, which makes the experience even better.
If you’re looking for some authentic Mexican food, we highly recommend this place! It’s our favorite spot to go every weekend or whenever we get the chance during the week for dinner. Definitely worth checking out!

Im tired of this place ! 8 out of 10 times i get my order messed up and when i call to place orders they always put me on hold and when they are ready to take orders they end up putting someone that does not speak any Spanish ! And today i called to place a large order and ones again they put me on hold for 10 minutes and then I hung up and called again and I asked how much longer my wait is going to be and the girl told me with an attitude that there is only one person taking a lot of orders and that there was a lot of people and I just hung up and I decided to pass by Juanchos since I live down the street and I noticed that there was no one in the restaurant. So I would not recommend this spot ! Workers don’t do there job right and food is not all that ! Just wish there was a good Mexican restaurant to eat at around Chicago Heights

I stopped in this place a few days ago and had two chicken tacos plus rice and beans that were absolutely delicious. I also enjoyed both the red and green sauce. I will definitely be back. Give them a try today!

You should not pass this place up! Absolutely amazing authentic Mexican deliciousness. The Gorditas are excellent! Good sized portions, dining in tables.

My friend and I tried this location by mistake… we usually go to the Homewood one. The tacos tasted better here, but they barely had any meat for the price we paid. Maybe it was just an off day, so I’ll give them another try.

The food was very flavorful and I ate half took the other half to work but when I bit in it was what appeared to be some type of rubber band in my food plan on going back 1st thing in the am I work overnights so very disappointed I’ll keep you guys updated on what’s their resolution tomorrow I came back and they were so kind they remade my veggie burrito with no problem also gave me a free drink of my choice very very professional I highly recommend. Thanks ❤️

The food is really good and the customer service is pretty good as well however when they mess up your orders your options are come back within 7 days or bring your entire meal back. I spent ten minutes on the phone with the cashier trying to get my card credited or at least get my in store credit extended past 7 days ( I don’t drive) however I decided that I’m just not going to go back anymore due to that experience. Once again this only happened once but I don’t like paying for products and not receiving them. I paid for a tacos combo but had no rice and beans
